Their meat sauce spaghetti used to be great. Now they are so stingy with giving you enough sauce makes you not want to visit them again! Who wants dry spaghetti. It's happened to us twice with takeout over past year!! For as much as you charge, give the customers some sauce with their spaghetti!! I even asked for a little extra sauce but didn't get it! Had to doctor it up at home with jar sauce.??

Had the Chicken Florentine and the Chicken Parm. The food was delicious. Would definitely go back for the food. The establishment surprised me, I was expecting a little more intimate setting. Maybe they should of opened up the other dining room area. Again for price and food. Good Deal.

One thing we got on our visit was a Portabella Traditional Pizza. It was just average! However, it was covered in so much cheese. We later discovered it had almost three layers of cheese and it appeared they might have messed up on our pizza and was covering it up. Then we found strings of black hair in our crust! I would never get another pizza from here!

Order take mostly. Always ready when they say. Order is always correct and the food is great.
Allot of food for the money. It was really good except that it was a little on the salty side. They don't write down your order but do it by memory. As a result they got my friends order wrong. They did not argue about but fixed it promptly.

The staff that night didn't have it all together. We did a call in and when we arrived to get food. It was cold instead of hot! Our food was prepared wrong so we had to wait another 15 minutes b4 getting our food. Didn't do anything to compensate for their mistake.sandwiches was full of grease from the chicken & steak that the sub roll was soaked They need to retrain alot of their associates.

As a vendor: Employees are too close, quartered, Roaches nest and maggots found in establishment, and in product that was taken from facility. The owner tried to fight throw things at truck and kick the door while trying to talk about invoice. Unsavory building,establishment, and Management .
IDK what happened to this place, but for some reason they wanted to upcharge me for not wanting their nasty house salad dressing all over my cheese steak sub..Who charges extra for mayo?

Food is okay. Nice wait staff. Salads are weird; they look like deli lunch meat cut up on iceberg lettuce. Pizzas are the best thing to order.

Went there for dinner with friends at 5:00 pm today. Once everyone is there and had our drink orders it took about twenty minutes for server to return to take meal order. 4 meals were brought pretty soon but the 5 th meal was about 20 mins later. Was not anything special and should have been along with the other dinners. Employees or Owners children were in a booth at the bar side eating area and at times were very loud. Loud to the point of startling us at times. Could be the reason for the lite inhouse trade. Good for takeout, not so much for dining in.

Stopped here today after a trip to nearby Dorey park, what a great restaurant, great food, service was excellent, wife wanted to go somewhere else but I convinced her to try this place, glad we did, Saturday was 20% off day, we paid less money for better food than local fast food place. This place is great.

My fiance and I popped in here for a celebratory dinner, and nothing was wrong with the meal itself, but we had to return the following day because we were charged twice - for two different sets of two meals, and the manager refuses to refund the money for the check that is not ours!! Stay classy Portabella!
