Date night! I had one of the specials, the lamb chop and hubby had the seafood crepe. We started with the grilled artichoke appetizer and was more than enough to share. I would have preferred a baked potato but that wasn't an option and the mashed potatoes were tasty.
Good service and good food. Give. The size of the inside space it can be a bit loud as tables are close together. In the nice weather they do have good outdoor space. Worth checking out if you are looking for a place outside the downtown area.
We've come to expect excellent food and service from Portico and this visit was no exception. From the wine to the bread service and entrees (baked spaghetti, seafood crepes) everything was fresh and delicious. We ate outdoors (per our request) and the setting was lovely. There were a couple very loud tables near us which made conversation a little challenging (no fault of Portico). We took coats knowing we'd be eating outside and am grateful we did because I was freezing....
