I ADORE the staff here. They have never got my order wrong and always accommodate me. Sometimes I go in on a bad day just to talk to them, even if I don't want the food, because they're so sweet!

Worst Sub Shop in Richmond. I was customer for many years. We got lunch from two to three times a week. Then out of no where they can't get our order right so Ill stop wasting my time ordering from there. Last Sandwich came dipped in hot pepper juice and Missing the avocado.

I stumbled upon Potbelly Sandwich Shop while traveling on I-95 and was pleasantly surprised. While I've had my fair share of BLTAs, Potbelly's version was truly exceptional. I believe the secret lies in their delicious roasted garlic aioli. The fresh ingredients and perfectly toasted bread elevated the sandwich to new heights.
The staff was efficient, friendly, and provided excellent service. The lady and the guy next to her who made the sandwiches remained cheerful and pleasant, even though they were busy. I appreciate these gestures. The shop itself was clean and inviting.
A quick note for travelers: Be mindful of the parking situation. While there are metered spots available on-site, we opted for a private lot across the street and ended up paying $8 for an hour.

Food Trashed order the soup and sand-which soup no meat order the chicken pot pie sandwich chicken BLT no meat but two lil chicken bites call them they said they put 2.3 oz on the sandwich i asked it doesnt look like it she said maybe it fell off!!! where cuz its not in the paper wrap and if it fell off why you didnt put it back on she said she she didnt know worst 1st time will never go back whole order Trash Trash trash

Be aware, the staff are always busy. Because of that, they are direct and try to move customers quickly through the line. If you are indecisive, step to the side so the staff can serve others.

I enjoyed my first experience at Potbelly. A coworker introduced me to the option to Pick Your Pair. I went with the sandwich and soup option and tried the Chicken Club and the Loaded Baked Potato Soup. They were both excellent! A great place to stop in for lunch. Highly recommend!

First and last visit!!! The person taking the order was RUDE! Person making the sandwich was RUDE! The sandwich was mediocre and ended up being trashed. Definitely not worth $12. The only thing good about this visit was the person collecting the money and the free cookie.

Good food and fast service, but I wish I had looked in the bathroom first. You can tell a place's hygiene and safety practice based off their bathroom and I think the picture of the cleaning schedule I am including says it all (not cleaned for three days, today being the 14th).

First timer! We here for lunch while at the office today and must say, pleasantly surprised. I ordered the AYO Chicken skinny , fresh, delicious and just the perfect size!Definitely will return.Plenty of seating indoors or out.We are outside it was such a beautiful day!

I used to frequent this location a few times a month since I work across the street. Less now, but not because it’s not good, only because I am trying to lose weight! Haha. Anyway, this location is great. Whether I order for pickup on the app or order in person, my sandwich is always so yummy! Their cookies are also the bomb! The staff is always friendly and some of them greet everyone who walks in. And the best part is they are FAST! Not sloppy fast, efficient fast! This location and staff knows how to run a fast food sandwich joint for sure. They are busy every lunchtime during the week, but it’s always well worth ordering from here. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience, waited 20 minutes after the pick up time watching everyone in line get their food prior to an order placed in advance. The team members did not make any apologies or even speak to us and just handed us the bag. Please avoid this location as it is not up to the standards you would expect from this franchise.
