Excellent addition to the Boulevard
Horrible management. Got there when they opened and the door was locked for 10 mins past opening time (10 am). I was told it was a 20 min wait for sandwiches because they were baking cookies. They took my money and I waited, and waited. It wasn't until 11am that I was able to actually get my food and leave. Apparently they only have 1 oven when there used to be 2. I was given a cookie for the hour wait. Not worth it and will never come back.
The service here is slow. They had only two people working and what they needed was three. I ordered a milkshake with my sandwich. The employee simply ignored me and my order until he was done making the sandwiches of everyone else. What he didn't realize was a very simple logic: if more customers are coming in, and you won't make the milkshake until every sandwich has been made, then you won't make the milkshake at all because the inflow of new customers will always want more sandwiches which will be made before the milkshake!
I think it is ridiculous that I have to wait until people who came after me are served. If I came first and paid first, I should be served first!
This store is very ignorant and inconsiderate. They take catering orders at 12 in the afternoon during lunch time . So your the only person in their . And instead of making your sandwich which would take 5 minutes . They make you stand there for over 30 minutes waiting . Whoever is running that store and thanks that is acceptable is wrong . Some people only have 30 minutes for lunch. Me and my company will never go back to that location as we ate there frequently. Very unprofessional.
Update: She was very nice on our second encounter! I would definitely visit that location again! I have adjusted my review from 2 stars to 4.

We visited this location today. While the food is usually good, the customer service was ok until we realized that she made a mistake with the size of the sub. After explaining that she made a mistake about the size, the young lady began to argue, instead of just admitting that she made a mistake. Then, the sandwich she remade had the wrong ingredients (as in, we had not requested tomatoes). I'm assuming that she may have just had a bad day, but it's never ok to argue with customers. She should have simply apologized for the error and remade the sandwich correctly.
I really liked this place, food is fresh, service is great and they had live music playing.
Had a great sandwich, glad I randomly found this place in Maps. Nice atmosphere for a Sunday afternoon with the live music.

Ordered a moderate sized order for a work meeting(30+ people) and it arrived before the scheduled time, the packaging was easy to decipher, everything was accounted for. Overall experience was great and the delivery driver was super nice. Very grateful for the quick turnaround!

I have never heard of Potbelly's, so my son a d I decided to give it a try. The restaurant was small, the atmosphere was going for a "kitchsy" vibe, but fell short. Their menu isn't very large, and consists of just your. basic run of the mill sandwich shop fare.
My son opted for the foot long Italian sub which has salami, capicola, pepperoni, motadelo, and provolone cheese. You can make it a meal by adding chips and a soft drink for $4.00 more. If you choose a bottled drink instead of a fountain it costs $0.70 more.
I ordered the Apple walnut chicken salad, but went with the 1/2 size instead of the large. The salad is supposed to contain apples, chicken, bleu cheese, grapes, cranberries, candied walnuts on a bed of greens. I was sorely disappointed with what I actually got. There was hardly any chicken at all, the walnuts were not candied, just plain un- salted walnut pieces, I saw no cranberries, I found maybe 4 chunks of bleu cheese, there were a few chunks of apple on a wilted handful of greens. I opted for a bottle of soda, because they didn't have what I wanted on tap.
The staff were friendly, and the place was relatively clean, but due to the low quality, I will not be eating at a Potbellies again.
Final bill for lunch for 2 was $22.65.

First time eating here and it was a DoorDash delivery. The app doesn’t give you an option to add anything to your sandwich so I figured it might come with at least ltm. It did not, just dry turkey on dry bread. Not worth $23 in the least.
