Went to pick up a 400$ catering order i had placed online and gotten a confirmation for 5pm.
When I arrived, the manager told me they forgot to check the email and they didn't have our order. I attached a photo of the staff discussing how they didn't make our order.
We ended up having to wait over 1hr to get our food, which ended up missing almost the entire length of the club meeting and they forgot the cookie in the order.

I want to give the manager Mr Jose a shout out for being a great manager who listens and who is very helpful. I accidentally ordered some food on my mobile app on Halloween day and called to speak to a manager to see how to go about getting my order canceled. Mr Jose answer the phone and had a better idea he told me to go inside the store speak to the manager and let them know that I've talked to him personally and see if they will help me get my order at the correct location in Chester. If it wasn't for Mr Jose's quick thinking and his wonderful customer service skills I don't think I would have been able to have qdoba's that night because I really did not want to ride all the way back to Richmond. Keep doing the great job that you do Mr Jose I want to tell you again I am so very thankful for your kindness.

A guy who seemed like to be the manager on duty was so rude to the employees. Belittling them and every worker seemed miserable to work there. I feel sorry for them. Food wasn’t great either. Will never go back to this location.

Jose needs a raise ASAP! I ordered food from uber eats and my first driver just cancelled my order so uber eats kept sending drivers and they kept cancelling as well so I called them to see what was going on and turns out my original driver took my food and literally went home lol. Jose was kind enough to make me a whole new bowl! And give it to a new driver making sure they would send it to me instead of having me on the phone w uber eats which would’ve taken about an hour since they’re literally no help, thank you so much qdoba team for doing what you could in a situation that wasn’t all your fault AT ALL! I appreciate it so much thank you thank you!

This Qdoba is one of the nicest I’ve ever been to. People are going to judge it because of its location near VCU but it has really fresh ingredients, really kind and generous staff, and it was clean! The woman working the line gave me two sauces on the side and it was so nice of her. I will definitely come back!

We got a to go taco bar catering package for the family for the 4th celebration The food was ready in time and was excellent What went about and beyond was the way they packed the accessories causes and paper products Even matches for the sterns well done ! Massive amounts, super happy wife and kids

So the food quality isn’t the problem, I’m just sad I’m basically eating a bowl at this point despite ordering a burrito, which ever one of the girls today that wrapped my burrito just didn’t do it right, it feels loose and keeps unraveling which I’ve never had a problem at any QDOBA I’ve been at before. It wasn’t event covered completely with foil so just exposed too, smh imma eat it cuz I paid $11 but do better with the new hires please, have them scoop not wrap.
