We've always been fans of Qdoba, particularly when their loaded tortilla soup is available. However, our recent visit to the this location was a stark contrast to our usual positive experiences, so much so that I ended up having to write this review.
The atmosphere was tense, and the staff seemed less than enthusiastic. We ordered a vegetarian tortilla soup and expected that it would be kept separate from meat items. Unfortunately, halfway through our meal, we discovered a piece of meat in the bowl. This was a major health concern for us as vegetarians.
When we brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they offered to replace the dish. Given the cross-contamination, we opted for a refund instead. To our surprise, we were accused of consuming most of the bowl, even though the remaining portion was in a separate bowl. We had to bring the other portion over to prove it, but being blamed like that outright felt disrespectful.
While they eventually accepted to do the refund, the entire experience was quite unpleasant. It's disappointing that a single visit can overshadow the generally positive reputation of the Qdoba chain. We hope this incident is not indicative of the quality and service standards at other Qdoba locations.

After a long day of work and right before a concert I was craving some qdoba and not having one near me I’m always excited to get some. A came a couple weeks back and it was delicious, the portions were great no need to ask for extras and everyone was kind and open to answer questions but today was completely different. Only one guy working the bar and the register and he not only didn’t have any “pep” in his step he is also was super rude simply saying “what else” in a monotone annoyed tone and when you weren’t sure he would huf. Eventually his manager a heavy set older women came around calling to someone in the back that the line was long and she got on register and rudely asked the cook to step on line something he didn’t seem comfortable doing but came around and maybe it’s his lack of experience but the portions were awful I also asked for the hot and sweet chicken without noticing they didn’t have any he then proceeded to take plain chicken and mix it with the hot and sweet chicken to stretch it. After going to the car disappointment and quite upset I open the bowl and start eatting only to find the rice is rock solid. Like it’s completely undercooked. The staff and the whole atmosphere completely squashed my excitement and I hope something get done about this.
