This is actually for the 14279 winterview pkwy Midlothian ba $11 and this is pathetic. 4 small pieces of chicken. Hard rice and they forgot the cheese. Never again. I keep trying to give qdoba a chance but portions are incredibly small and food subpar.

This Qdoba has consistently shown great customer service. The four employees working tonight (7:40) were exceptional! Very polite and patient with us as we figured out our order for our family. The steak wasn’t quite ready when we were ready to order, so they made us a burrito to go (on the house). Every visit to this Qdoba I comment how wonderful the employees are, and tonight was just the cherry on top! Thank you!!!

How hard can it possibly be to get a 4 item order correct. Chose diet coke, got regular coke. Asked for chips, got a print receipt for chips. Asked for queso, got a print out receipt for queso. Keto bowl was light as can be. Keto doesn't mean tiny serving. Instant regret ordering from them.

The food was good, but we felt very rushed to choose our options and the young man seemed very annoyed that we were there. The other two people seemed intimidated my his demeanor. It almost made me want to leave, but I attempted to be as pleasant as possible. Maybe he just had a bad day. Our food was really good though.

Got a grilled chicken bowl and chip queso dip and guacamole. Had to ask for flatware, napkins, ask for drinks repeatly, left out guacamole and had to go back for that too. Staff never said thank you or aknowledge you, they were rude. Had to wonder if treatment was because we were white as black customers were treated better with respect.

Went in with my wife today and had Anthony and Andrew as my servers.Great personalities,fast on the line and the bowls were delicious!Will definitely be back to feed the whole family.

I’m sitting in the restaurant right now and just watched an employee stick his gloved fingers in his mouth, operate the soda machine, stick them back in his mouth, then go back to the line to prepare more food. With the same gloves on....

First off I frequent this particular establishment quite often. Although today was bit different. I ordered a burrito, ( the employee was friendly) the chosen ingredients were placed onto the tortilla wrap and he's unable to wrap my burrito. End result the wrap splits, he grabs another wrap in order to somehow save this from getting worse. The cashier noticed what's taking place and decides to step in to aide. He then asked the preparer for his gloves off of his hands..! He pauses, as if he's waiting for the gloves and the original preparer tells him to get his own. He does, then attempts to finish what was started. He tries to wrap my burrito and decides to just fold up this oozing mess of a burrito and he's squeezes out the contents of my burrito in the air onto a new tortilla shell like tube of toothpaste..! And looks at me like he waiting for approval. How about we train your employees a bit better in situations like this.
