A clear failure of managementA very nice young man made my sub. He was polite and courteous but clearly had no idea what he was doing. The sub was awful. He was the only person working in the store. He told me he just started. I would’ve walked out if I heard that earlier. Not sure how an untrained employee runs a sandwich shop. Obviously the owner doesn’t give a hoot about quality. Stay away

Never more I have felt like a criminal in myLife. My app has a different name but I am the owner as it’s my nickname the guy demanded my id for my online order that I had already paid for in the app and showed him the proof along with the email but that still was not enough. The guy literally made me get sassy in order to get my food. The day before they charged my account twice and he said that would fall off but i don’t trust this location anymore. I don’t know how this location still exists the other day also they had face masks hanging half off their faces.

When I entered, one employee had their mask around their chin, and the other had no mask at all and was pacing across the store on the phone. Considering the mass of social distancing and "masks are required" posters across the building, this was extremely concerning.The first employee noticed my discomfort and said it was a phone call the second one had to take. When I mentioned the lack of a mask, they didn't seem to understand my point, and proceeded to justify the phone call part. This was only my second time in this location and while the food has been excellent I don't know if COVID‐19 regulations are being taken seriously here.

Owner not wearing mask but promptly put it on when we walked in. But other worker wasn't wearing a mask the whole time. Was not wearing gloves when he put toppings on my sandwhich! We threw away my sandwhich and went to Wawas.

The spicy Indian veggie is my favorite sandwich. I started just getting 1 large and now I order 2 larges everytime I come now. The guy that works here is also funny and always remembers my order before I even get to the glass. I love Quiznos

I have not been to a Quiznos in a very long time and I had honestly thought they’d gone out of business. However, this Quiznos made it very clear they are still around! Today I ordered the cajun lobster sub on white bread and added provolone cheese and it was amazing. Well within a fair price range, light and very satisfying. I would recommend them over subway any day!!!! I highly recommend this Quiznos if you enjoy eating in a clean establishment with great customer service accompanied by awesome deals and prices...... I will be back
