I was excited to see the Canes on Arthur Ashe Blvd.. Definitely a different type of fast food in the area. I just went through the drive thru and my order was taken swiftly. The young woman who took my order was friendly. The ambiance of pulling into the drive thru was a little cramped. It is understandable though because of the location. I wish it had more than one entrance and exit. As you try and exit you block those coming in. The combo I got was good. I live the cane sauce it really set off the chicken. Good experience I'll return and go inside to eat .

Chicken fingers were delicious and perfectly breaded, and the texas toast is amazing. I see now why so many people rave about Cane’s Sauce.

This was my first time here and I will never be back worst experience ever. From the customer service to the food quality. I would not recommend this place please spend your money somewhere else.

Food is hyped up. Tenders were wet. Fries were und cooked. Very upset, I paid $33 for 4 meals, and it was absolutely not worth it. The bread and sauce were good.

They are a new location so they have been very busy with new customers. However, they served me quickly and accurately. Good job.

Not as great as Lee's, which is certainly the best in RVA. But it's still very tasty. Advice: improve your service or peeps will not go there after a while. Good prices here too, even though all fast food will cost you these days. Fries were quite good too and they have that great crushed ice- perfect for sweet tea.

I only had take out but my order was correct and the food perfectly cooked. I recognize a well run ship when I see one.

Yesterday was my first time at a Raising Cane's, much less this new one on Boulevard.. The chicken is tender with not a lot of breading. The side of bread is soft and lightly toasted. Just like I like it. The coleslaw is nothing special. The fries are dry crinkle cut. Food is just meh for me. Service could use improvement. The staff is constantly yelling. And right now, they are slammed, so the parking lot/drive through situation is a headache.

Wonderful customer service and sparkling clean restaurant. Sweet tea is great. Food is expensive and underwhelming. Not sure I'd go again.Pros: Amazing sweet tea! Quality chicken cooked perfectly. Great customer service.Cons: Bland breading, boring crinkle fries, unnecessary toast, sauce in nothing special (like Zaxby's better), very expensive for what you get. Kids meal restricted to under age 12.
