Okay...my opinion....small af portions, gummy rice, and wtf is this thick sauce on my food??? It tastes weird. The veggies aren't steamed/cooked enough and should be cut more. It's dry and lacking the grill hibachi flavor. It tastes like a ready made meal from the freezer. You can taste the overly sweet corn syrup in the teriyaki sauce. Lunch time on a Friday, you should be pumping out hot deliciousness. Not room temperature homemade hibachi. Did the rice even hit the grill??? A shameful masquerade of a hibachi bowl with over cooked rice and flavorless chicken and shrimp for $25. Either change the name of the restaurant or get some lessons from Hibachi Express...but just do better. I won't try again unless it's free, and I still may pick over it before I taste it. Just shameful and disappointing...

Good location. Simple decor. And easily accessible kiosk for ordering while the owners cook away in the kitchen that is open to viewing. Food is cooked just right, the sauce gives all the food elements a great flavor profile. I may like this more than Teriyaki Madness.

My shrimp bowl at red hibachi was delicious! One of the best seasoned/tasting bowls I’ve had! Love the variety of sauces offered, especially the spicy mustard. The staff was very friendly and had great recommendations on what to order. Great spot for a quick, healthy, delicious lunch. Will return!

So I seen this spot on IG today and decided to stop in before I went to work, I walked in the male team member spoke however the female was on a face time call cursing with no care in the world that I was standing there. The male asked if she cussed the way she was at her other job she replied yes. I placed my order and waited for my food while they decided they wanted to have personal conversation. I started to leave a tip but given the behavior when in the establishment I didn't. I won't be back either

Ordered from here maybe 3 weeks ago I got the fried rice with steak and shrimp I can't remember my sauces I know they were excellent I think it was wasabi and the yum yum sauce. It was made to order so as soon as my order got put in it was on the grill. My total came out to just over 32 dollars that didn't come with a drink. The portion was ok I ate off it twice...what came he came back to order was the service of the big light skin gentlemen good conversation. Worth another try as of right now I would recommend it.

Taste was really greasy and did not taste like authentic Japanese. Yum yum... bright orange. I guess if you don't like authentic Japanese and want more of a greasy American Japanese, this could be the place for you.

I ordered steak fried rice with a fried egg and extra side of veggies…I get home the order I was given was chicken no egg and the chicken was so dark I can tell it was saturated in soy sauce…& I was right this food was not good at all! Now ima show some mercy because it was just one guy working and he looked overwhelmed. He did say he is a prepper and not a cook so that probably explains why the food tasted the way it did idk but I have that I spent $24.99 and didn’t get my steak and my order was wrong and not good!
