First, my boyfriend had to wait several mins for someone to acknowledge him at the pick up area. Then we paid for vanilla bean cheesecake but they gave us regular cheesecake, paid for chocolate wave cake but got brownies. I asked for extra creamy lobster sauce on the side for my lobster linguini - didn’t get it so my boyfriend had to wait several mins again to ask for it because they walked away so fast then not only was the pasta dry, they gave him regular Alfredo sauce. Like if you don’t care to do your job correctly why work there?

This place was a shambles. Undertrained staff, slow service, did not bring or seem to have the right tools on hand to eat crab.But the biscuits were as good as always.

We walked into a favorite yet empty restaurant at noon after not being here in a while.The food was consistent with what I remembered, very fresh and tasty. My Caesar salad was crisp, with plenty of shaved parmesean and croutons. The shrimp was bigger than expected and good. The cheddar biscuits were hot and divine!Now, let's talk service. She was friendly and smiled, which is good. But, our tea took a while getting to us, and she kept forgetting the sweetener (her words, not mine). After eating, our dirty plates remained on the table until I asked that they be taken. Then, she only took some of them and didn't come back.Prices are keeping people away.Lunch "specials" aren't what they used to be.This place has been a "go-to" for decades, and I love the brand and food! The trouble is that I can only afford to go for special occasions anymore ?

Great food. Got the shrimp deal for 25 . Endless shrimp ? ?. Great waitress Katrina. Will dine again. Coconut shrimp was my favorite ? ?.
One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life. Our server didn’t bring us silverware, so when the food arrived, we had to sit there and watch it get cold until we could finally get ahold of someone. I suppose it didn’t matter to much that it got cold because part of order was messed up/incorrect/missing. I ordered the basic crab legs, and unfortunately half of every leg I cracked open was empty, might as well just burn $30 instead of spending it here on crab.
Initially we had a bad experience, but we were offered a chance to come back and have them make it right…AND DID THEY!!??!! ABSOLUTELY! The new general manager, Serenity was the ABSOLUTE BEST! She was VERY POLITE, PATIENT AND ACCOMMODATING. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! I have NEVER had such wonderful service! To anyone who has had not so good service, NOW that she’s there, GO.. CHECK her out! We APPRECIATED her so much! She was very personable and attentive! We will definitely be returning, thanks to her!Thanks Serenity!

Excellent place to dine for all who love seafood. Reasonably priced, cooked to perfection and clean spacious booths which allows for privacy. My favorite seafood restaurant!!! Would recommend it to everyone.
Worst service ever. Never had a refill even tho the server kept coming to tell us we need a refill then disappeared every time. Did not ring in our food so the server was just grabbing food from the back. Missing items that i had to ask for. It wasn't even busy on Sunday march 3 2024 at 12 pm. The lady served us named started with a D. Diedra? There was no manager on duty and it was only 5 tables max with people seated. DO Better. Broad Street for the win. I just wanted to give White Oak a chance hoping for a ok service. I will be reaching out to talk to a manager because they can definitely do better
