Wanted to thank manager Karl Saunders (hopefully the gentleman we spoke to was the manager named on the wall outside) and server Ayanna (hope I'm spelling her name correctly) they gave us awesome service and Ayanna gave us free desserts. After a 2 day drive from Texas to Tennessee to Virginia to visit our son the hotel we booked lost power due to a bad storm and we couldn't check in...having a great meal and having such great service gave us much need relief and an extra special ending to a stressful night.

Upon arriving we were seated. We waited over 30 minutes to place an order. Our waiter was amazing. He was backed up but I loved the fact that he communicated this to us so we definitely understood. I felt like management could have stepped in to help him so people didn't have to wait too long to order. I tried the Loster Dip an it was nice and hot. It waa amazing. I tried the boil bag with the lobster. I got the cajun butter. It was good but maybe a variety of flavors would be nice...

Im giving a no star the service was awful, the waiter was great, it was out of his control, but we waited 2 1/2 hours for our food and the manager act like he could not do anything. Totally dissatisfied.

This was our first outing as family in a long time and was excited about the seafood boil, we’re so disappointed with the taste too much butter NO seasoning especially old bay. The lobster was mushy , the corn was tasteless! So disgusting 🤢

Wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. We came in around 9 PM and were told there was only one server as it was close to closing, but service was still prompt and efficient. Food came out hot and fresh.
One of my shrimp was accidentally dropped while being served, and the server kindly brought out a replacement dish with five shrimp. Great service — we’ll definitely be coming back!

The crab legs were terrible. Not cooked right, no utensils available to crack the legs and get the meat out. Seems like the whole place was just about empty, no fellow diners. This place used to be really good but it seems to have gone downhill, we will definitely not be going back.
