Service was nice, but restaurant was sold out of everything.
We could not even eat because the wait was so long. We waited 1.5 hours for food and then thought it was best to leave.

Almost always a great go to for some good seafood.

So I decided to stop by red lobster for a taste of an old favorite. That was the wrong decision we greeted by an enthusiastic waitress, but was clearly overworking. She took order and after a fourth minute plus wait the food finally arrived. I ordered a simple fish and chips and boy was I disappointed. The fish wasn’t even cooked all the way and the meal uninspiring. Red lobster is outdated and should consider making some changes to keep up with much better seafood options. The prices for mediocre food is outrages and I would not consider coming back. Thank you for a dinner ruined yours truly D.

We had to leave after over an hour waiting for our food as we had small children and it was almost 930PM. Horrible experience. They also did not want to honor our reservation when we arrived.
Food over cooked and dry. Service 🤮
Extremely vile. Made a Valentine’s Day reservation, showed up, was told it was an hour wait and that nobody had reservations. Honestly skip this cesspool. The lobster tank was extremely slimey. Service terrible.

We had a great server, but ultimately the price doesn't match the food; I leave feeling like we could have spent the same amount at a non-chain seafood place and gotten a great meal. The food was okay, but not at the price. Lobster is no longer on the kids menu. This is not the place for drinks; we couldn't taste anything in my wife's cocktail, and their boldest beer is Blue Moon.

The food was good once I finally got it. This is not the place to order from on a schedule. I ordered over an hour in advance for 5 meals & was 8 minutes behind picking it up. When I arrived, the hostess greeted me & told me to go stand at the bar. I stood there 5 minutes while the bar tender keyed in orders & made drinks, not acknowledging me. I walked back to the hostess to tell her no one had acknowledged me. The hostess said, "She will be right with you." I waited an additional 5 minutes for the manager to come over and say the sides were the hold up & the food with extra biscuits would be right out. About 3 minutes later, the food was handed to me & I was on my way. Good food, but 21 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready is something to consider. I saw several staff members but no sense of urgency or customer awareness.

Took 1 and a half hours to get our food and never got it. Our waitress came to the table at the beginning of us dining then didn't come back had to find the manager ourselves to get any help.

Ah, the infamous Red Lobster. You know the food is good, but everything else is almost up to chance to a certain point as it is with most all chain restaurants. All in all a good place to eat!

Poor service. Finally got a single drink refill at the end of our meal. Hostess was also impolite at best when greeting. Do not recommend. You pay a lot to eat out and have full service, poor service is not acceptable. We ask someone to get us a refill in the middle of the he meal, they never arrived. Our waitress said she stepped out because it was so hot. The restaurant was freezing. Finally at the end our waitress reappeared and got us a refill.

My lobster mashed potatoes, steak, asparagus scallops and shrimp scampi all cold. My steak was tough. My husbands baked potato and broccoli were ice cold. As were his crab legs. Our server was fine and our appetizers were piping hot but the main course was a big let down.
The manager offered to remake our meals for us but after waiting as long as we did hubby was just ready to go home and had lost his appetite.

Food was really good. Prices is the issue compared to serving side and quality. As always, love the Caesar salad and biscuits. Cleanliness needs improvement moreso in restroom and front entrance areas. Staff was friendly for the most part. Only had a small mishap when calling in ahead of time to make an inquiry. Person wasn't as friendly or helpful. Once in the restaurant, everyone was very friendly.

Great experience ! Our server, Erin, was personable, knowledgeable about the food and the menu. She checked back several times to make sure everything was ok. The food was outstanding ! The salmon New Orleans and the brussel sprouts were prepared to perfection !
