Very accommodating for our large family. We hadn’t been to a RL in ages, but it was close to our holiday event and the food was excellent. Our server, Danielle, was superb in handling our table—kudos!

Food was disgusting waited a hour to get our food and paid 43 dollars for a seafood boil with 2 lobster tails that were empty 5 shrimp and a couple potatoes

We were having our anniversary dinner at the Red Lobster on Broad st in Henrico, Virginia. Are waiter Todd went beyond the call of duty while waiting on us. Outstanding service, manners,polite,caring.we cant say enough about this young Man. He certainly is an asset to Red Lobster!!

Food was fine. They seem to hide their specials in small print on the menu. For some reason I always leave Red Lobster still feeling hungry, even though I spent over $50.

This was our first time coming back to Red Lobster after eating there a few years back and had an awful experience. Today made up for that last visit. We had the best server ever, Erin. The seafood boil was delicious as well as the Snow Globe Sangria Erin recommended. We will definitely be back.

My family and I decided to go to Red Lobster for my spouse's birthday. The sever was nice and made sure we were well taken care of; however I was very disappointment in the meals that we ordered. The food tasted very bland (no flavor) and it was not hot. My son and I sent our meals back (Cajun chicken alfredo) and got different meals but still no flavor what's so ever. My other son got the seafood boil and said that it did not have any flavor as well, but he ate it because he did not want to waste money. My husband did enjoy his meal (surf and turf).
I'm not sure what was going on because it was not busy at all, for the money that I spent the food should have been on point. I will have to think twice before going there again.
The restaurants decor is out of date. The service was OK, but the server was not that knowledgeable about the menu and ability to substitute items. There were maybe 8 customers total in the restaurant not including 5 of us. We requested a table in bar area so that we could watch the 2nd half of the game. We were denied and told that because the game was on, the bar area was only for bar patrons. That made no sense. There was literally 1 person sitting at the bar and every table in the bar area was empty.

I recently went to this red lobster over the Thanksgiving weekend and the service was slow. I ask for water because none was offered and the glass was dirty. We ordered food which took awhile and coleslaw had an odor which I told the manager. He proceeded to tell me that's the normal smell!!! No apologies or would you like something else nothing. Both him and his staff needs more customer service training because that coleslaw could have made me or someone else very sick.

My friend and I came to this location to try it and see what we thought. Neither of us had had Red Lobster for some time so we wanted to see if we’d continue to come here and the food, the atmosphere and the service set it waaayyy above the bar!! What really topped it all off was our server Jaz!! She was so kind and attentive! I haven’t received service like this in a long time!!! It means a lot to have a server that truly is involved and thinks about what you need! She was incredible! Thank you so much Jaz and her manager as well for coming out so I could brag on her!

Our server Mecca was outstanding and made our dining pleasurable. Its been awhile since dining here, but this experience was well worth it. Menu looks good!! The improvements are perfect. Kudos to Mecca; top notch service.

I went with a large party. The service was slower than usual, and usual is pretty slow. However, I expect that because the do not have many employees. I had the sailors boil, and it was tasty, but not hot went out came out, like it had been sitting for a few minutes. Overall it's what I expect from red lobster at this time.
