We ordered the Chicago style deep dish pizza with brisket and loved it. Perfect balance of cheese, crust, meat and sauce. BBQ sauce pizzas can be hit and miss but this was perfect. You have to call the store to order it, it's not listed via online ordering.
We had Redemption BBQ for my mom's 90th birthday party this weekend. What PHENOMENAL food!! Smoked Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, freshly baked buns, green beans, baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw slaw, mac & cheese. Just absolutely amazing! Amazing experience. The Deep dish was very unique and authentic. Definitely reminds you of Chicago. Its also very filling! Great value and quality. Highly recommend. Trying the incredible BBQ next time.
