Meigan at the front desk is a star. I have been travelling multiple cities in the past 3 weeks and have been staying at multiple hotels of all varieties. There were many disappointing experience even with top brands like Windham IHG. Meighan was a simply great. She was courteous, supportive, helpful and extremely proactive. I would come to Regency only because of the way she took care of us.

HORRENDOUS, DISGUSTING place. The cigarette stench in the room was unbearable, there were cockroaches (one I had to swat off my leg), the toilet seat was broken, it was dirty, moldy, and just downright awful. Multiple people tried to open my door in the middle of the night… overall the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. Don’t waste your money here!

The service at front desk was friendly the hotel is a nightmare. There was an arrow by the pillow and i swear a camera flash went off in the microwave. There were tissues stuck in wall probably last guests thought there were camera holes. The ceiling tiles looked like they could fall at any time bathtub horrible scary writing on the wall. There was brown stuff running down the wall by the bed. It was straight out of a horror movie not safe at all for women and children do not go here no matter how bad u need a place to stay. Im just being honest !

An older hotel that has yet to be brought up to modern standards. Loose toilet seats and broken TV remotes are unacceptable. The lobby is a welcoming space, but the rest of the building feels outdated and not safe. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was in need of updating. Needs a lot of work. Not worth the $$.
Paid for 2 nights get there atv4:30am. Go to bed about 7. Get woke up to a knock on the door telling me to leave me and my wife was fighting all night I told him you better go check those cameras. After he checked the camera he apologized. Like I told him I would look at the cameras before I go knocking telling someone they gotta leave. He was the owner or the manger or something his name was phill I would not recommend this place. The only good thing about this place is the mirror over the bed. Lol

Wifi was out, but they reassured us we still had cable, though the TV was Roku brand which needs the internet for its streaming functions. The wifi password was never given, but instead the manager told us she might reset the modem or something. Which doesnt help me connect my devices like my laptop, etc. Hard to belive a HOTEL's wifi would be down the 1 night I stayed.

We never checked out of a hotel so fast. We don’t stay in the nicest hotels. We just sleep so it’s not a huge deal, but this was just something else. So dirty. Paid to stay for maybe an hour. Don’t even waste your time & money.

Room was cleaned properly. I always wipe things down with clorox wipes and let's just say, housekeeping should be ashamed. The curtains must have never been washed and there was this nasty looking lounge chair that should be thrown away. They did a poor job sweeping, we moved the table with the LITTLE TV on it closer to the bed so we could see and they haven't swept under thar thing in a while. The location was great, the price was good but the rooms need to be cleaned and wiped down way better! We were in room 326.
