Revel is the perfect balance of neighborhood bar and a upswing of elegance with affordable menu options. It's easy to sit at the bar rna snake a friend and it a great to take friends and family to who are visiting you from out of town. And the happy hour is the best bang for your buck.

very friendly staff and great atmosphere! not loud or quiet, just enough to talk in a normal tone. they have art on the walls from local artists, which the bartender talked to us about. the drinks were well made and my group loved em.
i would say the food top quality. i got the $6 crab fritters (three small pieces) and the $8 tiramisu, i recommend both. everything is worth the price!

Soooo late posting this review. Nonetheless, we went over the Christmas holidays and a great time. Unexpectedly a live band was in the house and it was a great addition to the atmosphere. Which was already very nice with lights strung up and the seasonal adult beverages being offered. The food was also very good. Just an all around great experience. I’ve been back once since this visit and will go again soon.

Revel has a perfect menu for sharing a few dishes, tapas style. It's always changing but everything is always delicious. The bacon wrapped dates are a staple and our favorite thing! The vibe and music are perfect - french art deco posters on the walls and Pixies on the playlist. A go-to for date night!
What a great place I have passed by this place every day after work and finally gave it shot and holly cow was it great the food was perfect the drinks were spot on and the atmosphere is pleasant if you are a lakeside local I guarantee you will like this place

What a gem of a spot. We love a good shared plate restaurant and Revel did not disappoint! Food was fresh and well prepared. I liked that there were some larger plate offerings too.
Only downside is the limited parking, which the owner acknowledged immediately ... But even that was fine as there are lots across the street.
Sat outside. It was a beautiful day. Peaceful backyard style setting. Had carajillo cocktail was delicious. The waitress recommended chorizo stuffed bacon wrapped dates and were delicious. My husband had steak fries and was good, cooked well. I had the sumac dusted scallops with gnocchi and was delicious. Greta experience and will return.
