The food is always fresh and it is very fulfilling! You get your money worth! I even ordered online for a specific time and the food was ready 5 minutes before the time which was perfect because I arrived there early!

Pick up via order online. Food was ready on time, warm and everything was correct. Biscuits and gravy was tasty but a bit different from what I’m used to. Beignets were great but the apple ugly was more chewy than I like but still taste good. I would have liked the jumbo cheddar tots to have been crispier. Overall it was a positive experience and will be going back.

The food came out pretty quick. It was a little different seeing the food placed in these cubbies when your food is ready. Other than that I had the blueberry biscuit and coffee. Def have to try if you're in town.

Interesting no-contact concept where you don’t order from staff - but use an iPad instead. If you’re going to come more than once - get their app or visit the website because you can end up waiting for one iPad they have. Your food is stored in a locker until you come to pick it up.The experience was interesting and the food was tasty - but heated items (sausage biscuit) lost its heat in about 5 minutes. Eat quick for best results.
Stopped by here one morning before an appointment out near Short Pump. I looking for a breakfast option and had never had Ride before. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised at easy service (all technology related), and how the orders were prepared. Everything was cooked to order which took time but I appreciate the freshness of the order, also had a peach tea to drink and was on my way rarely quickly. I would want to explore the menu and update things before adding a start or even giving them a 5 star rating. Overall solid choice for breakfast, not sure if you can order without using technology but it does save time doing so. The ambiance was bright and seemingly delightful, while it is small and there isn't much space to sit and eat...you know that coming in. I can't wait to return and check out some of the other options, I will then update my review at that time.
