The quality of the coffee and the talent and skill of the baristas is already second-to-none. However, they have recently hired a baker who is upping their baked goods game to previously unheard of levels. If you stop by for a drink (I'm a fan of their Church Hill blend) definitely treat yourself to a little snack. Among the best in Richmond these days.

The coffee was fairly decent. Seating was hard to come by. If the renovated or moved the counter it could support more seating. The coffee shop itself is beautiful. Some may call it loud. But it seems like its bigger and absorbs the echos.

Quaint coffee shop with good vibes. I tried the spinach and feta croissant and it was delicious. I ate it at room temperature. It would have been much better warmed up. I tried the Uganda drip coffee. I don’t recommend that. They had three other options for drip coffee so I’ll try one of those another time. The staff was very pleasant and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

We tried the cherry coke espresso float and blackberry blossom. Really unique drinks that were really good.

If you're a coffee lover, do yourself a favor and stop by this gem of a coffee shop! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and the comforting aroma of fresh-brewed coffee. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

The coffee? Absolutely amazing. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor—each cup tastes like it was made just for you. Whether you're into lattes, pour-overs, or a classic drip, you won't be disappointed. They also have a great selection of pastries and light bites that perfectly complement their drinks.

It's the kind of place where you can relax, get some work done, or catch up with a friend. Clean space, cozy vibes, and great service—what more could you ask for?

Highly recommend. This is my new go-to spot! When I’m in the area

Wonderful coffee shop. The cashier was friendly and offered great recommendations, the baristas were hopping and made us good drinks. Another customer said the bagels and matcha were good. We loved our drinks - both with oat milk and will definitely be back. It stayed busy crazy busy on a Saturday and we were lucky to get a seat. But it’s worth it!!! ❤️ prices were very reasonable compared to others in RVA area.

The Riverbend bakers are absolutely outdoing themselves with their gluten free options! Today there were 4 different choices; scones, muffins, cookies and a brownie like treat! I have tried many many gluten free pastries in RVA (and everywhere else I go). Riverbend has become my favorite gf bakery! Drinks are fab also! The crew is so welcoming you will feel like family on your first visit!
