What a sweet surprise this place was! We're so tired of chain restaurants so we found this hidden gem. Food is really good and the buffalo wings taste as good as the ones from The Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY!! Hubby had a burger that they even agreed to cook it rare and his fries were the handcut shoestring fries. I had the Cobb Salad, which was a decent size and each item in it was superfresh and delicious, even the bacon. It's a very small place with a "dive bar" feel but it's great! Lots of locals conversing back and forth at the bar. The only drawback, the bathroom is located outside as the place is that small. We will DEFINITELY return sometime soon and highly recommend!

An unexpected charm. Recently replaced a local taven, but the Riverside Tavern is a legit restaurant with a local tavern feel. You won't be ignored, you won't feel like an outsider, and you won't go hungry. Unexpected, but a true charm.

Tried calling manager they said at first manager be back, well manager is the owner Wade. Wade apparently does more then a regular owner, the order had a new employee mistake and instead of just saying I'll give u the same meal or making a excuse. Wade said what would make this right, and I asked for two entrees like I feel anymore is why owners aren't all like this, so I was impressed so try riverside tavern and maybe make it a restaurant u can add to ur routine, sincerely Steve Maynard

Great place. Staff very friendly. Wonderful brunch.
In from out of town to visit with friends. Walking in it had a dive bar vibe and chill patio and we were greeted warmly. The menu was smaller and had options for everyone.
I got the fried chicken entree with mac and cheese and tater tots because they were out of mashed potatoes. It was the crispiest, juiciest, most tender fried chicken thighs I've ever had. The Mac and cheese was flavorful and creamy (the pasta was a little over cooked), and the tater tots crispy and warm.
My girlfriend got the beyond burger (they offered to make it vegan) and crispy brussel sprouts, she loved it. The beer selection was good as well.
I will definitely be back and recommend you go too. It was a meal worthy of an upscale restaurant in a relaxed, chill environment.

I've been here three times in the last couple of months. Once for lunch, once for dinner and once for drinks. The atmosphere is very comfortable, the food is good and the service is just right. I'm looking forward to returning.
