It was a little restaurante, with GREAT food, and friendly service! I hate large chain restaurants, and find better, more homemade tasting food at smaller family owned places like this, esp since I've traveled to latin and south America. I ordered the cheese and bean pupusas, with the sopa de res. HOT , fresh food, and it seemed like a gallon of soup. It's not fancy, but great food and service.
A simple, family restaurant that recently opened in the Midlothian area provides bountiful and delicious Salvadoran and Mexican entrees. The food portions are lovingly prepared by Mama Rosita. She even came out from the kitchen to greet us and talk a while. Salvadoran cuisine is less spicey compared to Mexican.
