I've been going to Roy's since the late 1960's.One of the best kept secrets in Richmond.I live out of town now but whenever I'm in town on business I slip over to Roy's for a Big Burger and fries!Still love their Burgers and other menu items...and you get to watch it be made right in front of you!!I was there last Friday and took some friends to lunch...I must admit I dropped them a star because they served some mushy soft fries... Please get back to your traditional crisp crinkle cut fries and forget these soft gourmet things like Rally's serves!! Thx

Ordered a Philly steak and cheese today. The food came out sooo fast which was exciting. Opened the container and the sub is literllay lit up with liquid mozzarella cheese. The cheese wasn’t hot nor was the meat on the bread. First bite and the sandwich was soggy from sooo much liquid cheese. I would have appreciated the sandwich more it was hot not room temperature. First and last time visiting.

Sadly, I have to agree with those lower star reviews. I’m sure maybe it was a great meal in the past, but totally flavorless and not even salvageable with extra salt 😬

Burger rough and bread was soggy.. Definitely won't be going back .. had to add seasoning to tenders as well .. 5 minutes to get home .. food was cold
