Great place if your dog needs exercise. staff is awesome. but if you are looking for a human to talk to you, they won't. not sure what the deal is but closed community that wants no one new.

I had the most wholesome experience at Ruff Canine Club. I came here for my friend's dog's 5th birthday party. She couldn't have picked a better location for this event. This place is brilliant, it's pretty much a dog park with a bar. People can come in for free, but there is a fee for dogs (I believe it's $10 for a daily pass). They do a great job at keeping things that could stimulate dogs to a minimum. No outside food or drink is allowed. You can't bring in any toys. The "bouncer" was kind and let us bring in our friend's dog birthday gift, but we had to keep it in our bags. They even had people who would watch out for any potential issues. They would separate dogs that got aggressive with each other and make sure to refill the water bowls. There is a lot of seating available on picnic benches. I love that they had a shaded area and sunny spots. There is a green turf that dogs can play on with each other and tons of tennis balls. I adore how the dogs and humans just all hung out in this space. If you have a dog or get a chance to go, I highly recommend checking out this dog park bar.

I want to like this place. The idea is great. I think it needs more space for the fur babies to play on. The smell of dog urine was overwhelming. Everyone was really friendly. I want to like this place...I'm just not there yet.

FYI to large breed owners, they don’t allow large breed dogs over 1 yr that aren’t fixed, even though they aren’t done growing. Unfortunately cannot even try this place out.

I take my dog to ruff about every 2-3 days to get some energy out. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It is a super safe environment for your dog and yourself, the refs know what signs to look out for when it comes to aggression and keep the dogs safe. It saddens me to see negative reviews of this place saying their is poop on the ground sometimes. I have news for you, this is a dog park first and foremost. You will lose sight of your dog and sometimes they go when and where someone cant see so if you're expecting to roll around on the floor and cuddle up with a blanket on the ground of a dog park you will be disappointed. The staff knows some dogs by name, their are no "favorites" every dog is treated with respect......do dogs get in tussles ?? Yes. Because they're dogs that is not a reflection of the park. If people are worried about tussles maybe watch your dog and follow him or have them have private play dates instead of exposure to a lot of dogs at a public park. If your dog is an aggressor and attacking others then train your dog better or be a better owner. The food? - Its fine, did i sign up expecting a restaurant? no i expected a place that lets my dog be safe and have fun with knowledgeable people and dog lovers who understand dogs are dirty, messy, poopy, sometimes wet and rambunctious. I see reviews about clubs of people who know each other and have "Clubs" that is called "Having Friends" Try it sometime, it's cool.TLDR. Staff is great, facilities are great, try comparing this place to a run of the mill dog park where the owners are the problem not the people and its messy and not every dog has its shots up to date.Keep up the great work Ruff Staff you are appreciated. Highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

This was a small dog bar/park that our pup thoroughly enjoyed. We liked that they had plenty of tennis balls for the dogs to play with since outside toys aren't allowed. Only a couple of downsides: It was a bit chilly when we visited at night, and only 3 fire lamps (out of about 8) were being utilized; the water bowls were limited and frequently empty. Other than that, it was a chill place to visit while on vacation. Their spiked ciders & hot chocolate were very delicious and a great treat to help warm up!Parking: Very small and cramped parking lot

I generally like this place. However, the dogs that get punished by the ruferees are almost never the dogs that start it. I watched a poodle instigate and bark and be aggressive and the dogs that got in trouble were just barking to defend themselves—and coincidentally were mutts/pit mixes etc. there are 2-3 dogs that are consistently problems and it’s the other dogs that consistently get in trouble or kicked out. Maybe they are friends with the owner or something?Overall it’s starting to feel like a regular dog park due to the few dogs that are consistent problems.

My dog is a medium size beagle and we would come here often. Since summer of 2023 this place has gone down in terms of cleanliness and safety for my dog. The staff used to break out fights or aggressive dogs if they misbehave but now they just watch. My dog was hurt because four big dogs were up on her and pinned her down. She was so scared for her life and tucked her tail even when we got home. Additionally the place was filled with pooped left from others and just wasn’t a place that you could enjoy good food or company anymore.

I've been a member for close to a year and I love this place. First timers should be aware they will need to provide documentation that their dogs are up to date on immunizations. This can also be done in advance through their website.

I really liked this place when I first started coming a year ago but it’s gone down hill a little. For starters there is a clear dog owners clique at the dog park. It seems to be a mix of the workers and some customers. They have recently have created a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Some of the clique members have gotten a little too comfortable and think they run the place. Also the turf needs to be cleaned much more frequently. It smells very very strongly of dog pee most of the time. This makes it hard to enjoy your drink. I know it’s a dog park but I pay $30 a month for the membership. That money should help keep things cleaner. It is nice to have a place to take my dog to run and play but tweaking a few small things could make the experience better.

We're regulars at Ruff, and we honestly can't think of a better place to take our pup! All staff members are so kind and caring, and the facilities are fantastic.

My dog LOVES Ruff! I love how seriously they take their admission procedures - only owners who want their dogs there will bother to upload their vaccine records. All the dogs my boy encountered were well-behaved and accompanied by responsible owners. The rufferees made sure the pups were playing safe and had full water bowls. We can’t wait to visit again!

Maybe I'm spoiled because I moved here from Kansas City and they had Bar-K. So take this review with a grain of salt:For a ten dollar daily pass, it's worth it to have a distinctly separated section between humans and dogs so that humans can eat in peace. The restaurant seems lacking and there could be more stimulating activities for the dogs. Obstacle course anyone?Lastly, there could be more social events. I understand this space is new and is growing up, but right now it just seems like a free-for-all.
