So yummy! We got confetti and brown sugar cookie dough and loved it. Super cute shop and lots of ice cream in the double. Lots of unique and yummy flavors.
So so good. I’ve always been a fan of Gelati Celesti (which I still am) but this place has brownies and other warm deserts to make à la modes. The ice cream is also amazing in its own way. The flavors are also very unique but well done. My new favorite ice cream shop!
I go to scoop all of the time, but this is the first time that I have found a long piece of hair in my ice cream. It was longer than this but broke twice as I was trying to get it out. I picked up this ice cream last night (1/16) at 8 o’clock for my anniversary. I am extremely disappointed that I cannot eat my ice cream, as I really love Scoop. The hair is blonde.
Very good ice cream! the smell and ambiance is the interior of the shop can certainly be improved however.
The pros: I've never tried a flavor here that wasn't PHENOMENAL
the cons: six dollars for a single scoop of ice cream is highway robbery no matter how good it is
These flavors are extremely unique and creative. The whole crew was amazing and so nice on Saturday (Dec 28). Julianne was especially amenable to our various inquires about the flavors and drinks. Will definitely be back!
Ordered an ice cream cake and gotta say the cake part was VERY dry - ice cream good, cake bad.
Delicious ice creams!
Ice cream was really good and they had some pretty unique flavors
Went on October 13, 2025 around 7pm.
The workers were kind and helpful with their recommendations. I ordered the s’mores and my three year old son ordered the apple crisp. We headed across the street to Scuffletown Park to enjoy our ice cream, where my son immediately dropped his entire ice cream cone while situating himself at a picnic table. We then trekked back to Scoop, ready to pay for a new cone, but were gifted a free one on the house after we explained why we were back so soon. We then made our way back to the park and thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream. The s’mores had the perfect blend of flavors and textures that you would expect from a gooey s’mores treat, and the apple crisp tasted like a fresh baked apple crisp melting a bed of vanilla ice cream. We had to head back to scoop to pick up ice cream “to go” for mom. We were halfway down the block on our way to the car with mom’s ice cream when one of the workers caught up to us with my son’s water bottle that we left in the store. We thanked him kindly for returning the forgotten bottle.
The ice cream was phenomenal but the service was beyond outstanding. We will be repeat customers for sure!

Very yummy
Love their ice cream! So creamy.
So many flavors it was hard to decide.
I finally chose the banana pudding ice cream and I am so glad I did.
Tried the cookie dough and the salty peanut butter. The texture was great and the ice cream was great as well, just wish there were more mixins and unique flavors available.

very good ice cream and nice staff! I usually just stick to vanilla but their creme brule flavor is amazing! will definitely be coming back.
Stopped by here for a sweet treat after dinner and wow, this place is incredible! We tried a few samples of their flavors before settling on triple berry cobbler, and it was some of the most delightful ice cream I've ever had. The shop was very cute and the employees were all super friendly, great vibes across the board. Absolutely worth checking this place out!
