Ive visited twice, to see local cover band Bombshell. They seem to be ironing out some kinks still as they are fairly new. The first time the space in front of the stage was crowded with tables, which they stacked by the stage around the skeeball area. The second time they'd moved the skeeball and set the tables up in that area so there was still places to sit and eat. The back area (front, I guess since its by the entrance, has a large patio space, with garage doors that...
Don’t be fooled into thinking Scotty’s is only a place to grab a drink and classic bar food. The food I have ordered off their menu has been excellent - namely the Brisket Grilled Cheese, and the Steak Sammy. They were excellent and much more impressive than a classic bar burger and fries. Their food menu and food specials are also excellent deals for someone who wants good food for a bargain.
In early August 2025, I reached out to two venues—Movieland Bowtie Theatre and Scotty’s Taphouse—to host my son’s 12th birthday party. Both offered duckpin bowling, which was perfect for our multigenerational gathering. While Movieland never responded to my inquiry, Scotty’s stood out immediately with prompt, professional communication.
