Horrible Service. Multiple staff members but they all didn't seem to care that I was there to pick up an order (turned their back and walked away when I gave them my name). Multiple staff asked me my name but no acknowledgement and no order. Eventually was given an incorrect order, realized when I got home when I opened bag. Spoke to manager who was new, eventually reached GM. She was nice enough, apologized and would take care of situation. Probably won't be going back. Disappointing first experience at a Shack. Wanted to give it more stars but not a very welcoming place and not a great atmosphere.

Just stopped by from out of town for a drive thru order and I can honestly say we’ve never had a more friendly or pleasant person take our order ❤️
We ordered some chicken bites and smoke burgers. Both were very good.

I ate there today for the first time. when my 10-piece chicken nuggets came out there were only seven and they were tiny little pieces, absolutely pitiful! I asked the worker that brought it to my table, is this really the 10-piece? she took it and brought me back a legit 10 piece and I had to go retrieve my sauce that they never gave me. Considering the food they tried to serve me, the price, and the lack of customer service, I won't be returning.

First, you no longer offer the vegan shake. I was very disappointed, not being able to order that. Second, we waited a long time for our food and third one of our burgers was made incorrectly.

Honestly disappointing experience. I've been to shake shack up in NOVA multiple times and it was always decent. Went tonight to this location, got fries (bland and flavorless, crinkle cut has to be the worst form of fry), vanilla milkshake (okay at best), truffle burger (the bun slid off half the thing, came with one onion straw on it, sauce covered maybe a fourth of the burger). Service was quick and looks like a nice place but the food isn't worth even half the price.

Experiences like this, is what makes ordering out completely pointless. You spend a lot and get much less in return. Staff were ok but I paid 30 bucks and my order was missing truffle mayo, napkins and a patty for a double. Complete bummer driving down here and paying 30 bucks and not getting all the items I paid for. Here’s a pic of the fries
Pretty dissapointed with the size of our food. Especially compared to the pitures everywhere. Was expecting something hardy like from Red Robin or Sonic. Instead I got what's pictured with this post.
But WOW is it tasty! With fries it's filling enough, but dont know how filling they would be if I happen to be really hungry. I got the Black Truffle Burger.

Great food and exceptional service! The service was impressively fast, even during a busy time. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. They offered perfectly cooked burgers. The food was absolutely delicious! The entire dining area is clean and comfortable. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
