Been sitting in drive through for over 20 mins no one has came to the speaker this is just unprofessional and sad to be quite honest they need a better staff. (Laburnum and Williamsburg Rd.) if I could give a zero I would.

I am in Charlotte NC & my family & i just had the worst experience with the Captain Ds on Sharon Amity, store #404. The mayo n the slaw has went bad or something bcuz it taste nasty. The fries are like rubber & the fish breading is not thoroughly cooked. It has a yellowish color & there's more of it than actual fish. We are utterly disgusted with everything about our meals & i can't wmeven call a complaint in to the Corporate Office bcuz they r only open M-Fr til 4:30. Guess we gotta wait til Monday bcuz we don't even wanna deal the restaurant itself. NEVER GOING BACK.

Two people had the $5 special, which was very good. My shrimp skewers were great. Four of us had a full lunch for $31. The hush puppies were terrific.

We were looking for a nice dinner our last night out. Staff was great. We did not know it was a chain restaurant. Food very good.

They need to close the Captain D's on E. Cone Blvd in Greensboro, NC. If you run out of something let me know that you will be charging Extra to substitute. Terrible customer service and very high turnover in the staff, I don't think I've seen the same person twice. Wish we had a Long John Silver. I will Not be going back. They just lost a long time customer.
