Good food at reasonable prices, unless you're getting the steak, which are twice the price of most entrees. Then again, this is a steak house, so that's to be expected.I got the French onion soup, prime rib sandwich, and salad with salmon as an add on. They were all cooked well and tastes good.Service was fast, but I was the only one in the restaurant. Ambiance is chill and quiet since I was the only one in the dining room. The bar area is inside the hotel, which has nice energy from the coming and going of guests.I don't see a special reason to visit though unless you live in the hotel or have an event. There are better restaurants with better food for less within a short driving distance.

The Food was Great! Customer Service was Great! It was so nice to come down to the hotel ( we stayed at) restaurant that was top notch and not just average. I would come here on a special night even if I wasn't visiting the hotel.... It's just that good - Food , service, ambience.... Very romantic night ?

Seriously don't waste your money here. For two of us, including tip, we spent $211. It wasn't all that bad until a wedding party came in and were hovering over us and one dude was even leaning on my chair. Another lady had a flash attachment on her phone and it was somewhat blinding coming from the side. We were mistaken that this was a nice restuarant since a dress code was mentioned on the website. Filet was mediocre, mac and cheese wasnt bad, mashed potatoes were decent. The best psrt of the whole meal was the honey glazed corn bread and roasted pork belly which were two appetizers. Go to maggianos. Not only is the food 10 times better but so is the atmoshpere and wait staff. Not to mention we spent about $60 less there than we did here.

We picked this place for a small team dinner and, having visited ha few years ago, was looking forward to it. Sadly, the experience was disappointing. The single positive was that the appetizers were decent. This was offset by a few things - semi-slow service with waitstaff who seemed bothered by actually having diners to serve, a stark and somewhat depressing setting (prior visits had the lights down and they used table-lighting for a warm atmosphere, and now the lights were bright and showed the hard tile 'food court' floor and dismal lack of color or warmth elsewhere), and poor attempts at entrees. I may not have been as disappointed with my filet it I'd been at a mega-chain restaurant, because I would have had low expectations. But Shula's presents themselves as a higher-end steakhouse, so expectations are higher. If you can't even execute a proper temperature, with both Medium and Medium-well orders coming out the same 'beyond well done', you have no business declaring yourself a 'steakhouse'. Some char on the outside overwhelmed any flavor inside. Sides were passable, nothing special. This was a low-end chain-restaurant experience at a not-so-low-end price. There was nothing about it that would cause me to suggest this place for another company event, and I don't expect to return on my own.

I had never eaten at Shula's Hilton shot pump. I ask around and everyone said to go there for a good steak. My long time friend was in need of an outing after some medical challenges. Went on a Sunday evening which was perfect. Not crowded and service was excellent. Steak was excellent.

Two things to note. The booth we sat in wasn't super clean (food and crumbs between the seats). My steak (ribeye) was overcooked (I ordered Medium Rare, it was closer to medium well) and not very marbled or tender.

I was hoping for a steakhouse but it felt more like I basic hotel bar.

We had an excellent meal with excellent service. Tony was our server and he knew the menu quite well and was very attentive. After reading several reviews online about poor/slow service at this Shula's location I was a little apprehensive, but thought I'd try it anyway. It was a very nice experience. I was fine with the pricing on the menu when I ordered but Shula's really should update their pricing shown on their website to reflect the current price in the restaurant. It sets them up for disappointed customers who come based on the pricing they see online and find much higher prices on the menu.

The hotel was cleaned for the most part but can do a better job on the air conditioning during a hot summer month in the hallway. So many choices of restaurants outside of the hotel and strongly recommend eating out.
