I ordered a slice of strawberry lemon cake and my daughter had an oreo velvet one. My cake was excessively sweet, my daughters cake was somewhat dry and again way too sweet.
The man at the cash register was somewhat kurt and didn't take time ringing up my order. His associate was kind enough to do so.
Not a great experience

I just bought dessert's and was disappointed the banana pudding was all whipped cream, butter finger sundae was just cake and didn't even take like the candy and the peanut butter bar, I just could not break through the chocolate and peanut butter didn't taste good.

I love Shyndigz. It was introduced to me shortly after arriving as a new transplant to Richmond in '22. Now it is part of my narrative when I talk about my new home. Best salted caramel chocolate cake....EVER!!! 😂❤️

Kimmy was an amazing server! She gave us a great idea for a peach tres leches crepe! We had 3 crepes and two drinks that were all fantastic. A great spot to relax and please your sweet tooth!

A zany place for delicious desserts. Cute seating areas to enjoy with friends or your own company. Pretty busy, but the line moves fast.

Never had a bad experience here. Crème brûlée was amazing and you can’t go wrong with the bread pudding.

To be fair, I have only tried a few desserts. The key lime pie and the oatmeal raisin cookies are great. I tried several cakes which were more miss than hit.

Large, beautiful & delicious desserts! Desserts are on display behind glass as you walk in the line to checkout. Many staff members available to serve you so the line does move quickly. Separate area for alcoholic drinks. Seating indoors @ outdoors. Many cute & eccentric gift items for sale on display - plants, pots, cards, knick knacks, wall hangings, etc.. Gift cards (for sale here) are great gift ideas for your friends & family. Also prepackaged sandwiches, wraps, salads, drinks in a cooler to grab & go are available. Only thing needed here are more VEGAN choices!!

Me and one of my best friends went to this bakery on a planned trip. We haven't seen each other in so long and dined on carrot cake and a cinnamon roll. I had a vanilla latte while my friend had a cold coffee. Both desserts were really delicious. We enjoyed the food, drinks, and decor. The place is like a shop/restaurant in a theme park. It definitely fit the christmas vibe. The music of the place was a bit loud at times, but it was okay because we could still talk.
