Always on point!!!! Never had a bad experience and the customer service is excellent, not like most other local seafood restaurants in RVA that act they’re doing us a favor or watching us like we’re all bad!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They barely put season on the crabs, and when they do it so spicy you can’t eat it. Crabs taste like they were frozen.
They have the best crabs I’ve had in years and the service is amazing. The establishment is very clean and welcoming. They also run really good specials all year around. Definitely worth my travel across town.

Fried Fish sandwich came out undercooked. I Told the owner and she looked at me like she didn't believe me. Then she says the cook said I was in a rush and decided to pull it out sooner. What sense does that make. Even if I was starving you still fully cook it. These new owners will not last.

I've been going there for over thirty-five years. They are the best in town, and you can't beat their hospitality . They show they really appreciate your business.
Please you guys if you ever come here , get the wings fried hard and get a little tartar sauce on the side . Been eating here and that combo since 2005-2006 . It’s everything ! Thank me later
