Came before 9pm on a weekday to pick up an order. The person working here said it would be about 20+ minutes to make one burger because they were cleaning the grill??? You don't close for another 3 HOURS! Ridiculous!!!!!

I have been wanting to eat at Sonic for years now, but every Sonic in Cleveland, Ohio was just too far from home. Now, that I'm in Richmond, VA, was out with my sister running errands, when she asked where I would like to eat? I looked up the places to eat on Google maps that were close to where we were, and I saw SONIC!! So I convinced her to go. I got a Crispy Chicken sandwich, Onion Rings, and a Strawberry Fresh Fruit Slushy, and I must tell you... IT WAS SO DELICIOUS!! EVERY BIT OF IT!! I hate that I hadn't gone there sooner!! But, I will be back!! My sister got a Double Cheese Burger, and she was impressed at how BIG and DELICIOUS the burger was, but, she could only eat half of it!! And, she said she enjoyed EVERY BITE!! Thank You Sonic!! Keep up the Great work!! We will be back!! And will tell all our relatives and friends!! YAAAAAA!! SONIC!! FOOD ORGASAMS!!
Parking: At Sonic, it's like the old drive-in movies, where you ordered your food while you sit in your car, and they brought it out to you!! It's Soo Cool!! Loving it!! And you will too!!

I can only speak from my own experience but I ordered takeout and my food was made with care and was accurate. Everything was perfectly wrapped and bagged. It was my first time at Sonic and I cannot hate. They even throw in mints with your meal. What other fast/casual restaurant does that? I have no problem tipping a bit when service is good and I wish other establishments would do the same

Missing and wrong items at a surprisingly consistent rate. I usually give some grace and don't worry about it but my orders have been wrong the last 5 times I've purchased. Will not be ordering from this location again.

The new double smash burgers are pretty good when .ade properly. The 1st time I tried them they were put together sloppy and didn't taste good at all. But the 2nd time, they took their time making them and did a much better job. Thank you.

I just had the biggest nightmare ride with this store. I wanted to order an ocean water drink, but I have to make sure it is diet (which is not an option on Doordash). I set up the order but did not hit the confirm button and then spent over 45 minutes and 38 calls trying to call them to see if they could switch the sprite for sprite zero (which they have) in it. Most of the calls just rang, some I got a busy signal, twice someone picked up and hung up on me immediately. I contacted Sonic customer support on their website, and they told me it was ALL Doordash's fault... they said Doordash handles Sonic's menu, chooses the options on Doordash for Sonic, and that it was even Doordash's fault that the broad street store would not answer and even intentionally hung up on me a couple times. Doordash was at a loss when I told them that Sonic told me to talk to THEM about seeing if I could get the diet sprite added as an option so I wouldn't have to fight with trying to call the store in the future, and they said they have no control over the menu and that was an outright lie on Sonic's part. Needless to say, I am not doing this again, and I will never order from a Sonic again.
