This place has absolutely the worst employees I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. This is what my food looked like when I got it. Completely flattened and inedible you can't even get it fully out of the package. This is cheese tots like the simplest of things and it's absolutely destroyed.

I needed something to eat before going to work. I remember how good their hot dogs are. So I purchased that with fries and drink. The fries are now crinkle fries they were not hot. They were okay. The hot dog was delicious and so was the tea

I waited 15 minutes or more at the drive-thru because there was only 1 person working, she did everything herself, the food is very good but they lack staff.

I come here every day for the last 2 weeks and order the same thing every day, the last 3 days i have to keep coming back to the window because they try to shorten me on what i paid for, i order 2 triple smashers every day and the last 3 days they keep giving me double smashers and charging me for tripple smashers, this is my last time coming here, they love to play with paying customers food

This is the first time I’ve gone to the Sonic and received such poor service. I placed a mobile order. After realizing that the additional items I requested, which was bacon and jalapeños, were not on the burger. I returned to the drive-through window. I deliberately pulled a piece of the bread off the sandwich because I did not want them to present me with the same sandwich after it was re-handled by the staff. Upon returning to the window, I was told that they could not remake the burger or refund me. I had never heard of such a policy at Sonic. I presented my receipt and advised them that I paid for the additional items and they were left off the sandwich. The person at the drive-through window again refused to remake my sandwich at which time I asked for the manager. The manager came to the window And reiterated that the sandwich could not be remade and that I could not be refunded. I advised her that that was unacceptable. At which time she snatched the receipt from my hand and said she would remake the burger and asked me to pull over to a stall. I sat at the window waiting for her to come back to ask her why she felt the need to snatch the receipt from me. After She returned to the window because I had not moved, and there was a line behind me I asked her why she snatched the receipt and she shoved the receipt back at me and told me to call corporate to get me a refund because she was refusing to serve me at that point. I proceeded to sit at the drive-through Continually Blocking the additional customers until I got someone on from the telephone number on the line to guarantee me a refund which took an additional 10 minutes. This is the worst service I’ve ever received at this restaurant and I have faithfully patronized it for over six years now. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I understand they are overworked. I understand that they may even be underpaid, but at no time was I rude or did I present myself as a problem or mistreat the staff. She was rude for no reason and for her to be the manager was abhorrent! That burger that I ordered was nine dollars. And that’s nine dollars of my hard earned money.

Honestly not coming back for awhile.
Guy taking my order gave me an item I didn't want, and then charged everything on the order incorrectly.
I wanted a number 2 combo got charged seperate for the friends and for the drink.
Gave me a sweet tea when we didn't even ask for a sweet tea and didn't even put in the screen for me to pay at the drive in.
No order was reflected on screen and when I went back to have the guys fix the mistake, he tried to refund me 30 cents versus the 3.19.
I still only got a whole 1.10 back because they found a way to jack up the check to where it's still at the highest number.
I wanted a simple combo.
No groovy fries like they charged me.
No separate drink which should have been included with the combo.
I didn't get charged for a combo and it ended up being more money.
Don't go to this location.

I don't what it is, but the food just isn't great except the fries and some of the drinks. I keep trying once every few months and always disappointed. Maybe I shouldn't order ahead - even when I arrive exactly on time, it takes several minutes to receive an order and the food is cold. I tried the new smash burger and it was... Cold unseasoned ground beef with some cheese melted on top. No char, fine, but come on - a little salt and pepper on the patties? I've given up.

Foods good but service is terrible. They are always super slow making your food. There have been times where I have waited 10minutes at speaker just to get my order taken or 20 minutes just to get food. And when they bring you your food they always have an attitude when you ask for ketchup that they didn't put it the bag after you asked for it.
Edit: Decided to give them another shot as my pregnant wife was craving sonic. I attempted to order through the app at 10:30PM to give them time to get it ready before they closed, however the app would not let me order the food. I arrive at the restaurant at 10:50 PM (which I know sucks for the employees I have been there) and was immediately told they were closed. I asked for clarification as to their closing time since online it says 11 and 10:50 is a weird closing time.... I was told that they do close at 11 however they already shut everything down and could not serve me....
