I must say it's a huge turn off. The food was extremely cold, old and undercooked as seen on pic. Total waste of money. I tried calling but no answer.

Young Hispanic lady at the front desk is not interested in her job. On her phone openly at the front desk. Also when my order was ready she mumbled it and sat on the counter instead of handing it to me. This was 2.23.25 @ 11am.

There was a skimmer on the card reader. I swiped my card and the next day I had a fraud alert for someone attempting to make purchases with my card. I know for sure it had to have been the card reader there because it was the only place I had been during that time and I still have the physical card.
Also terrible service and rude staff.

This location is so inconsistent in every way. I came in today and the person at the front was hunched over watching something on their phone with full volume. They glanced up at me and then continued watching their phone and rubbing their hair over and over. I was never greeted. There was 1 person actually working in the back and she didn’t even greet me or say a single word, just went and got a register ready and looked up at me. Then I told her I was picking up an order (which doesn’t require a register). Now that I’ve gotten all the way home, part of my order is missing. Trash customer service just to not get the food I paid for. It’s a Sonic.. I’m not expecting 5-star service, but a simple “Hello” would’ve made all the difference.

Edited: the bacon cheeseburger had 1 single 1/2” piece of bacon.

I’ve visited this Sonic about ten times in the last two weeks, and their service is very inconsistent. I usually order drinks through the app, but it’s a hit or miss whether my order is correct. The one time I ordered food, they were out of the item I wanted and couldn’t provide a refund on the spot—I had to contact customer service to resolve it. This level of service is frustrating and needs improvement.
