Went on a Sunday afternoon with a few girl friends. It was a small crowd. The bare tender had excellent customer service and the drinks were great. But THOSE WINGS…the honey old bay & the crown royal made us want to tip the chef. I would recommend for a Sunday afternoon.

Would NOT recommend this place ESPECIALLY on game day. Servers are extremely obnoxious, snobby, and rude. They advertise “a great atmosphere” on their website and this is simply NOT the case. They were more worried about causing scenes, waving hand in customers faces, etc. to brag on their team than they were about serving customers. Also 20% gratuity automatically being added to each bill is simply not fit for this establishment because the servers did not deserve 20%. They lost a lot of service from me and my family because we stopped buying alcohol and food after using our drink tickets and a meal simply because we did not want to provide any more money to this place.

Decided to spend my special day (birthday) at this establishment to support a local minority owned business. We walked in and weren’t greeted or seated until we asked if we seat ourselves. Red flag number one! Food was good, service was very poor. They have a 20% auto gratuity added to each tab so servers aren’t motivated. I had a healthy budget for my meal and drinks but only spent a fourth of it because we didn’t want to chase down the server the whole time. I usually tip very well on top of added gratuity; however, it wasn’t worth it today. Atmosphere was okay for brunch; music was a little on the loud side but the dj turned it down for a brief moment while we blessed our food. Takeout yes, dine in, no.

The lemon pepper wings were too salty for my liking and if someone who has any type of dietary restrictions do get lemon pepper wings. The server was not friendly and just left the receipt and walked off. I know restaurant business can be challenging, but it always great to have welcoming service and at least smile when you are doing any type of customer transactions. With the price of my wings I have paid less at other establishments and was provided better service.

I ordered lemon pepper chicken which comes with fries. The fries were to dark almost burnt! The chicken was scorched dark and it was so SALTY IT DRIED MY MOUTH COMPLETELY OUT AND A BOTTLE OF WATER WAS $4.00!!! What the heck! A shot of alcohol was 20 bucks.. I will never buy any drinks in there or anymore food! The music was great. It was just so packed you couldn’t move without feeling like bumper cars! Over compacity if you ask me

We came in for 30 wings. We got 30 wings. They were the best wings we ever had in our entire life.. I brought my sales team in and I bought everybody wings. It was so great. It was so good. It was 9:30 PM. The vibe was amazing thank you so much.

Arrived at 12:10 on a Sunday. Doors locked but employees are sitting at the bar. We stood outside for 15 mins, during this time no one even bothered to come say anything to us even though they are supposed to open at noon, so we left. Very unprofessional.

I will have to give this establishment 3 stars. I have to attended their Sunday brunches twice. . The last time was March 31 and where my card was charged the original price and original price with the tip. I have been calling them for 3 days and sent an email to have just the original price charge refunded and have received no reply. I will say the dj’s play really good music, I had the chicken n waffles (pancakes bc they had no spray oil) & pitcher mimosa. My food and drinks were good. But I would HIGHLY recommend you use cash if you intend on trying them out.

The owner rectified the situation but that doesn’t take away from all of the negative reviews this place gets. Doesn’t matter how nice the owner is if their employees are allowed to treat their customers however they’d like with no repercussions. The owner was cool, but my review stays the same.the short light skin girl (bartender) at the bar misplaced my debit card. She Charged me twice for one drink and her dirty finger was inside my drink as well when she served it. she then lied to police and said my card declined yet she charged it twice then gave my card to SOMEONE ELSE and yelled at me when I asked her where my card was. Their toilets don’t even flush, Nasty establishment, stay away.Edit : the owner needs to work on fixing up their establishment instead of responding to reviews. We did not have a good time, we left after 15 minutes because my card was stolen. You’re allowing intoxicated, immature and angry bartenders to run your shop. Meanwhile, yes their toilets do not flush. Don’t believe me go in for yourself. I stated that the owner tried their best to rectify the situation .. at the end of the day I still don’t have my card and had to deal with disgusting service and establishment. The owner refunding my money does not change how nasty this establishment is.
