The crew here is always great! Never have had an issue stopping here when I work downtown.

Stood in line a good 10 minutes, which is understandable on a busy day. After placing my order, I noticed probably about 15 to 20 mobile orders get processed while still seeing myself and many other people ahead of me standing around who’d also ordered in- person. I looked at the timestamp on some of those mobile orders and they were ordered at 11:08am. The in-person order that I placed was 10:58 AM. I realize they were busy and they had a lot of people working to accommodate the crowd which is good, however, the person working the mobile orders clearly was far more efficient than anyone prepping in-store orders. A few minutes difference is one thing but over 10 minutes extra wait after already waiting in line was excessive. I realize I could also mobile order, but I have been to other Starbucks where mobile ordering was slower than in-person so there’s no real way of knowing which way it’s going to go.
I normally wouldn’t even leave a review… as a matter of fact I don’t think I’ve ever left a google review, but what really got me was that although all the normal workers seemed to be kind enough, what appeared to perhaps be a manager with light teal and pink hair (and I only describe physical description since there was no name tag) was extremely rude to two or three people ahead of me . It seemed a few during my 15 minute wait stepped 1 foot behind the edge of the counter while standing at the counters end. She snapped and said you need to move back from behind the counter and said it’s because the door swings out. But where these people placed a single toe out of line when standing on the end of the counter was a good 4 1/2 - 5 feet away from where that door could possibly hit someone. Also, they were not loitering with a foot behind the edge of the counter, but merely trying to go around a large group to pick up their order that was ready and they were only there momentarily. She was on them before they even had a chance to process what they were being snapped at for. The woman wore a scowl the entire time and just had a rude /non customer-forward attitude and I just don’t feel like she was trying to do anything for safety but merely demonstrate her position of “power”
I wasn’t even the one being scolded but the whole scene just bothered me. Why can we just be kind to folks.

My matchs is usually good but this was probably the best latte I've had in a while. It was clean, warm, and the service was amazing.

Received great service when I ordered multiple complicated drinks. Plus the wait time was minimal. They had so many people working and they were all very friendly, there merchandise selection was great as well.

I came into this location for work and decided to order a tall Pike Place with my cream on the side. I was handed my cream in a small cap size cup with no lid. I then requested a lid and told I could only get a cup of cream on the side with a lid if I paid for it. It caught me by surprised seeing as how I just paid 4 bucks for a coffee you want me to pay for the cup of cream to have a lid. I only asked because I didn’t want to spill the coffee as this location doesn’t have seating. I am really disappointed with Starbucks today. Thankfully I reached out to Starbucks Corporate and was informed this was not policy nor ok. Please do better and treat your customers betters. You sell coffee if a customer requests a lid after a purchase you do not charge them. Today was so disappointing!

This is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Sassy and impatient baristas made a vanilla latte with no vanilla in it and gossiped about a customer that had just left.

The staff was great. I asked for a drink concoction to be made and Malaysia made her creation and it was amazing! I have tried so many Starbucks all over east coast and just couldn't find the right drink until yesterday. Thank you, Malaysia for your unique creation. Truly like Christmas in a cup.

This Starbucks is in the downtown Richmond VA Marriott. My grand daughter wanted latte and this was the closest one in the area. The employees were friendly. The area was clean.
Parking: Since we were just going to Starbucks to grab the latte, we were told to just park in the front entrance canopy and leave the key with Valet.
