The staff was great. I asked for a drink concoction to be made and Malaysia made her creation and it was amazing! I have tried so many Starbucks all over east coast and just couldn't find the right drink until yesterday. Thank you, Malaysia for your unique creation. Truly like Christmas in a cup.

This Starbucks is in the downtown Richmond VA Marriott. My grand daughter wanted latte and this was the closest one in the area. The employees were friendly. The area was clean.Parking: Since we were just going to Starbucks to grab the latte, we were told to just park in the front entrance canopy and leave the key with Valet.

My favorite part of my workday morning routine. Cheyenne and Faith see me daily and always know my order, and even if the line is long, things move quickly. Not bad for a hotel Starbucks. Only downside is that I cannot mobile order here, but these wonderful ladies make the in-person experience worth it, thank you!

I was surprised to see how fast this line went through. I came down for some coffee and breakfast to take back to our room. I ordered 2 grande pikes, 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and 2 juices. The young lady behind the counter was super nice and accommodating when they couldn't find any more bags, they made a point to look in the back. Good experience.
