⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Respect to the Starbucks employees who showed up and worked while others chose not to. They carried the store, served customers, and kept things moving without excuses.
The contrast was obvious: some people stepped up, others walked away. This location stayed open because a few adults understood responsibility. Those are the workers who actually deserve recognition.

I recently had bad service at a Starbucks at the Omni hotel downtown Richmond around 12:55 PM and normally Starbucks starts my day but because of the bad service and wrong order and this particular Starbucks stated that they can’t give us a receipt because they ran out of Receipt paper and they could not scan my phone for my points and also gave me the wrong order with my name on it. That was a very bad start of my day. I called customer service and they’re aware I went to physical therapy because I had to And after Physical Therapy, I was exhausted My husband asked me what could he do to put a smile on my face and I said I want cappuccino wet with almond milk Six pumps of classic syrup and a splash of mocha you William and the supervisor I forgot her name was so attentive. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for making my day . I also call customer service so they can be recognized on their service thank you, William and team

I go to Starbucks almost everyday, sometimes twice. So far the Starbucks on cary st is the most friendly. Teagn is a sweetheart. She is so nice and always has a smile on her face. She really lights up the room and makes you experience enjoyable. I think she is the nicest Starbucks employee I have ever met. Thank you so much Tegan for your great service and positive attitude. Your smile and cheerful attitude always starts for a great morning.
