Truly heartbroken to see a new location opening across the street. This Starbucks is one of the friendliest and most consistent! Nothing like starting the work day with familiar faces and nice turnaround time. Additionally, the parking lot is a good size, it’s pretty accessible, and the outdoor seating area is a plus.Fingers crossed the new smaller and less accessible location will at least keep the great employees around!

Movement and change are among the inevitabilities of the universe. For some, the day begins with a routine that provides a small comfort. This Starbucks has its finger upon the pulse of my routine. In addition to their attention to detail, the staff of this establishment is responsible, courteous and resplendent in their attention to the needs of a productive community. My day begins well when it begins here.
I don't think the behavior I experienced was the same across all employees but, for some reason despite me being a somewhat regular at this location I felt like I was being supervised and monitored. Maybe I dressed differently this time or something but it just felt like I was being persecuted for my appearance it made it hard to relax and get my work done while in the Cafe. I think this behavior was uncalled for and will definitely be deterring me from this location.

This is a good location and it has a big parking lot. It's in a good section, at the start of the stores on Cary street. I hadn't been here in a while but I love the comfy leather chairs, the cute decor and friendly staff Good service and good coffee

This. Starbucks. Is. Amazing. I genuinely don't understand how it has 3.5 stars. It's been my go to for sitting and working at for over a year now. The entire staff is SO nice and helpful, today my girlfriend didn't like a drink she ordered and they came over and offered to make her another one which she ended up loving. They're so attentive and welcoming here. If I could give more stars I would.

The Starbucks on Cary St is my favorite now that two that are closer to me have both added drive up windows that take most of the employee attention. THIS Starbucks still has no drive-by window, still has comfortable seats that many other Starbucks have gotten rid of.
