I have been ordering from this store for many years now as I have worked and run errands in the area. They never disappoint. It is astounding to me that 9/10 times that I have visited this store I am rushed, the employees genuinely do not care about you as a customer, and there are new employees working every other time I come. Most times I can barely finish ordering and end up feeling rushed and it comes across as quite frankly annoyance that I am even there to begin with as a customer. At the end of the day even if I order every other month the experience has pretty much been the same. It’s just convenient that seeing all of these new Starbucks commercials stemming from the Super Bowl that I can add my review as a paying customer. Also, why completely alter the Rewards Members point system so it takes more visits to order a handcrafted drink. #greedy

I never write reviews but this is ridiculous. This is the third time I have been to this location and the staff is incredibly rude, not attentive at all to someone waiting to order, and pays no attention and gives major attitude. Constantly having drama behind the counter and arguing with co workers and talking crap about customers the whole time I have been working here. Least professional workers.

Dropped off the family and ordered an ice tea. I was then told I didn’t give them enough time. No one in the drive thru or in the business. It’s 4:40 pm on a Saturday. Take your business elsewhere.

Treated like trash asked for the bathroom code asked the barista to write down.the code but the other barista that works 1601 willow lawn Dr Starbucks told him not to write Down because I could not remember it I am a paying customer treated horribly

0 stars if possible. They had their mobile orders open, took my money from my account, and when I came they were closed and were not willing to address me at all. I had to walk around front and yell through the window for them to aggressively slam a paper on the glass at my face saying "Refund when you come in tomorrow". Very rude and unprofessional. I have never really liked this starbucks because my drinks always variate in taste here, but spending almost $20 to be robbed is disgusting. Do better.

This coffee shop took care of us on our visit to the city. We ordered the standard latte products and there were no surprises. Everything was in order and we had some good coffee.
My drink is a little complex however most of the time it’s awesome I came to this Starbucks this morning through the drive thru ordered my drink when I got it it was chunks of ice so big in it ( I ordered double blended) I couldn’t use a straw then it was so bitter I had to bring it back I asked the barista to remake it because it wasn’t right he asks me very rudely “Why what’s wrong with it” first of all if I’m bringing it back clearly I do t want it and then takes his time remaking it! If you want me to pay 7.27 for a drink please make it like I want it! Rant over!

Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. 4 people behind the counter. None of them talking or working together.
Waited over 25 minutes for my mobile order drink and when I attempted to ask the young lady behind the counter about it, she told me I would just have to wait… even though a lady that ordered 15 minutes after me at the counter had gotten her drink.

I am a regular I visited almost every day order the same thing.customer service was horrible I greeted the staff a lady and a guy and they ignored me and never acknowledged me.i felted unwelcome and it was very dissatisfying and unpleasant so I left never will I come back.i don’t like the rudeness from these staff today on 09/01/2024
No excuse to this behavior.i will never go to a star bucks the staff was rude and unprofessional.they hear what I said.imma go back to Duncan donuts and recommend all my Damian’s friends the same thing and any one I see go to this place I will share my experience and talk them into going to ducan donuts and not star bucks.like I said I am a regular and the way ppl treat me is very important I’m the one spending money.i have been coming here for about 2 years.red flaggs will not be tolerated on my ends l.

If I could give ten stars to this location, I would. I come to this Starbucks at least a handful times a week. Each member of the team is outright enthusiastic, prompt and kind. You really start to appreciate that after consistent experiences. This Starbucks deserves a medal in the area, as a top-notch, quick, efficient and pleasant place to patronize.
