I walked in to make a purchase but needed to use the restroom first. When I asked the staff for the code, they looked at me with a sour face, turned their backs, and continued with their work. Thinking they hadn’t heard me, I went closer and asked again. This time they gave me the same unpleasant look and bluntly said I had to buy something first. Their rude and dismissive attitude was unacceptable, so I left without buying anything. I will never come back to this location again. Where do you find such unprofessional employees? They spread nothing but negative energy!!

They moved the location next to the Chopt building. It is not on Google Maps. The location for this Starbucks is actually a pizza place now.

This Starbucks is no longer here. The app still allows for you to order ahead here, but it's a pizza place now. Wasted my money buying coffee that doesn't exist.

My 69 year old father walked into your Starbucks today and asked for the restroom code. His wife was having a business meeting outside of the store, and he needed to use the facilities. He was told that he would need to buy a drink first. Walking back to his vehicle, he tripped and fell. He lay bleeding on the sidewalk within view of several Starbucks staff and plenty of patrons. I used to get Starbucks daily. Never again. Blindly focused on profit over basic human decency.

If it was possible 0 stars. My elderly father came in and asked for the code to use the bathroom, the barista was incredibly rude and denied him the code because he hadn’t purchased a drink yet. Again, my father is elderly and if someone asks to use the restroom, they need to use it. He walked back out to grab his wallet he forgot and tripped in the parking lot and fell. He laid there for several minutes while no one came to check on him or see if he needed any help. As someone who frequents Starbucks daily, I will never go back. I will delete my app. I will share with anyone I see and certainly everyone I see with or around a Starbucks how they are supporting a company lacking all compassion for the elderly.

I have been ordering from this store for many years now as I have worked and run errands in the area. They never disappoint. It is astounding to me that 9/10 times that I have visited this store I am rushed, the employees genuinely do not care about you as a customer, and there are new employees working every other time I come. Most times I can barely finish ordering and end up feeling rushed and it comes across as quite frankly annoyance that I am even there to begin with as a customer. At the end of the day even if I order every other month the experience has pretty much been the same. It’s just convenient that seeing all of these new Starbucks commercials stemming from the Super Bowl that I can add my review as a paying customer. Also, why completely alter the Rewards Members point system so it takes more visits to order a handcrafted drink. #greedy

I never write reviews but this is ridiculous. This is the third time I have been to this location and the staff is incredibly rude, not attentive at all to someone waiting to order, and pays no attention and gives major attitude. Constantly having drama behind the counter and arguing with co workers and talking crap about customers the whole time I have been working here. Least professional workers.

Treated like trash asked for the bathroom code asked the barista to write down.the code but the other barista that works 1601 willow lawn Dr Starbucks told him not to write Down because I could not remember it I am a paying customer treated horribly
