I always have sympathy for Target Starbucks as there are max 2 people working. However, this is the third consecutive time they’ve messed up my simple order. First, they are always out of mocha so I’m not sure why they even have it on the menu. Second, when I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, she served me a black cold brew. I phrased it in the form of a question to be nice (“is there any cream in this?”) but it was very obviously black. She says yes there’s cream? I say oh well can I get a little cup of cream to add in myself. She takes the cup and then spills it. Then she makes me another drink that looks correct! I walk out of Target, sip the drink to find out there is ONLY cream, no vanilla. The only time they actually had mocha, I ordered a mocha frap and they gave me cookie crumbles. It honestly feels like they recruit from target shoppers and give them an apron on the spot.

Have visited this Starbucks a few times in the past. Nothing has ever stood out except that the service is a bit slow but otherwise the drinks are typical of Starbucks. I believe they are understaffed.This past weekend I went there was no line. I walk up to the counter and the barista tells me she is going on her break and that I'll have to come back. I said all I wanted was a small drip coffee (quick, easy). She lets out a huge sigh and just glares at me. I said no worries and left. Service was quite shocking- even my wife was like wow that was rude.

Did not visit Starbucks. This is located inside of Kroger which is the business I was using.

I went to This Starbucks yesterday and out of 4 things out of 6 things I wanted to order inside my Frappuccino was so called sold out.I can under stand if you say your out of 1 thing but to say to most of everything was sold out was ludicrous.That is so ridiculous.I’m a big Starbucks fan but I will never go back to this store.I FEEL IF YOUR OUT OF SOOO MUCH INVENTORY THAT MEANS SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THERE JOB.A Apology will not work in the case.You having the products needed to make A Drink is the key to success.Higher Management needs to take action.IM TOTALLY DISGUSTED
