I know there is unrest in the company, as it is all over vlogs, blogs, and social media. This store seemed unscathed and employs a staff of personable, kind, and funny staff. I appreciate their interactions, and already always chipper and sweet. They helped me navigate my dietary restrictions. I love the coconut milk with my usual order. I appreciate the baristas helping me out.
Dietary restrictions: Helpful staff. They helped me with my dairy selection. I was just told to avoid dairy, so for the first time, I tried my drink with coconut milk.

Not happy. Got both my coffee orders wrong and unfortunately I didn't check before I left. Had to throw out one as friend had to have decaf and both weren't as requested.
I had an issue with my order at Starbucks Kroger Richmond 514 and Taylor was the only one who fixed it for me! Thank you!
