One of the worst Starbucks in the Richmond VA area. I live relatively close and this location is convenient for me to stop into but I will not be returning. The workers will intentionally ring in orders in a way that makes your coffee more expensive than it regularly is. I also over heard a male barista say that he likes to try and “mess up at least one thing” on each persons drink to see their reaction. Of course after I got my coffee from him, it was indeed messed up. I tried to get it remade but they assured me that it was made correctly and remaking it would only result in the same tasting drink. Do not waste your time or money going to this location, I know I won’t be.

Very slow but more importantly they've started seriously shorting customers in the coffee department. lattes are all foam and no coffee. Even ordering plain coffee gets you only a half full cup.

I bought a green Starbucks logo tumbler, a grande caramel crunch latte, and an instant pack of coffee. It's a very nice coffee shop and a good place to go. Very nice seating arrangement as well.

Worst Starbucks in Richmond. They won’t accept Starbucks points, they’re ALWAYS understaffed, the staff’s typically grumpy because their understaffed. I’m done with this location.

Poor service, staff needs better training on POS register / barista role. Don't waste your time and money. Go the extra distance to Iron Clad Coffee.

I would like to start out by saying I have never had an issue with the staff--they are always pleasant and trying their best. I also never patroned this Starbucks pre-pandemic, so maybe it was better in the past. That being said, I have been to this Starbucks several times and have walked away with the same feeling of disappointment each time. No matter how few people are in the restaurant, the service always takes too long. There is always some "issue" with the cash registers. They rarely have all the ingredients they need on hand. The prices are ridiculously high for a mediocre product (e.g. - $17 for a grande iced Americano and a breakfast sandwich). And you can't even order online to expedite the process. Do NOT go to this Starbucks if you have another option; the Dunkin' Donuts down the block is much better. 1/5 stars

Horrible coffee. They don't seem to follow the same procedures to make drinks the way other locations do. I have never received a good drink from this location. I keep trying in hopes that maybe they are having an off day but they consistently make bad drinks. Got a sweet cream cold brew today that tasted nothing like what it's supposed to. Got a White Chocolate Mocha a couple weeks ago that tasted like hot milk with no coffee.
