Got my food immediately but was waiting a while for my drink and when I asked the barista on bar (around 3:15pm on 10/13) if there was a drink Taylor she points at the drink sitting there and says “that’s not your drink right there” OBVIOUSLY NOT! “Oh someone must of took it” no apologies just made it and said “here you go”. As a former starbucks barista/supervisor, she needs to do so much better!

Just came to this location and had the BEST customer service from Timaya. She went above and beyond for me, someone who was "just following directions" and had no clue what I was doing. I appreciate her level of patience and understanding. Give this young lady a raise or bump to Manager.

I don't know if they are trying to cut down on cost or what but I ordered a pink drink last week and it had so much ice in it the lid was barely able to go on i no joke got about 8 sips off of it. Then today I ordered the salted caramel nitro cold brew and it is half cream got like 5 sips of coffee. I will not be returning.

Drinks were perfect and only had a few minutes of waiting to pick up an "app" order. Stellar service and spotless store. Highly recommend
Its not bad service but its seems like there is always 1 person working. Dont be in rush and stop for a coffee.

Tae is the best Barista of all time!! This Starbucks is my favorite.
Workers were super sweet and made out orders quickly and everything tasted so good!
