It's gone full industrial, bad minimalist, is still overpriced, the coffee is still not good. Go to Parlor or Roscoe's please. This is slop served up to mindless zombies. Most of the drinks are just sugary syrup. They are vehicles for diabetes, milkshakes with a splash of coffee. Again, please support a real coffee place like Parlor or Roscoe's. PLUS THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES BADLY AND ARE FIRMLY ANTI-UNION. They purposely understaff their stores and overwork their employees. I would only go there with a gift card, and then, reluctantly, with complaining.
For a Starbucks, 5 stars. Dani was friendly and seems great! Food was hot and tasty, store is clean.

We had wandered a bit away from museums and our hotel, and I guess we were temporarily lost. We spotted this coffee store, so we went in to rest and to regroup, find our way back to the hotel.
The staff here are my favorite people outside my family. :)

We came here during our road trip. The people here were nice and courteous. They did not have everything we wanted but the guy over the speaker was patient telling us what they had. I had a large number of people with me and I went there in the evening so that's understandable. If I pass through this way I would come back.

Took just over 20mins to get my order. I sat there watching as my drink sat there waiting to be finished. And since I ordered a drink with ice it sat and melted. Finish a person's order before starting other ones!

This is my regular starbucks due to proximity. I order the same drink everyday, with wildly different results. Taste different every day, depending on who makes it. One would expect a certain level of quality when spending almost $8 for a cup of coffee. May as well just go to Dunkin if you like playing drink roulette

Just popped in on a road trip and met two of the nicest baristas I have ever met, and this was 10 minutes from closing time. I got a pesto mozzarella sandwich from the pairings special that I get all the time, and I swear the sandwich was the best one I ever had. Definitely because it was made with love.
