Always wrong item. I typically order Cortado, some days they give me decaf, some days it’s without sugar, somedays it’s cold coffee.

I go to this location fairly frequently, on the way after other appointments. It's a Starbucks! The usual stuff. Staff always friendly and efficient.

I received a gift card and we went to Starbucks for brunch. The food was okay basically no flavor and the next time I'll get a fancy drink to use my gift card up. The service were polite and did their jobs efficiently.
Went through drive-through and ordered two dark roast coffees. They gave me one and said we’ll be right back. After I received the other, I figured out they had just ran out and poured hot water into the coffee.

The caramel ribbon crunch is to die for and they make it the best. I will go out of my way to come here and get it because they just make it better compared to the 2 that are closer to my house.

This is normally my go to Starbucks, hands down love this store. But I just got home with two white chocolate mochas, made the mistake of driving all the way home (20 min) before trying them and there is no white chocolate at all, in either drink. I’m not sure if they were out or forgot, but hopefully it’s just an off night. Mistakes are made, just disappointing when you are spending $14 on two drinks.
