This location in particular is my daily stop….every single day. Today we were not having the best morning and we were in a bind to get our morning fix, which was ready and waiting for us. Car trouble stopped us in our tracks. The staff here went way above and beyond! They do everyday but today was the was the exception of just how amazing these folks are. For the most part I like this particular Starbucks but this time around I had a young man take my order for a tea. It took 30 minutes to get my drink. I asked the first time after ten minutes and a young lady said it was busy it will come soon. So I waited the sat down ate my sandwich and tea still was not made. I went to the counter told the same gentleman you have not made my tea. I made it for me but by then I was really ready to get outta there. Very disappointed in the service on this occasion.

I ordered a refresher from this location through the mobile app and arrived before my drink was completed (no problem, I wasn’t far when I ordered it). I arrive at the Starbucks and am waiting for quite a bit of time while the male presenting employee making the drinks at the time was very nonchalant about everything. He moved with absolute zero haste and seemed completely unconcerned about the piling up drinking orders as he would slowly shuffle to each task. The worker starts to make my strawberry lemonade refresher and I see him pull an un-rinsed mixing cup from the sink on the side. Those sinks have a spout that you press to quickly and efficiently rinse the cup to cut out cross contamination. The cup he decided to use had been sitting in what he described as pumpkin foam since I walked into the location. He begins pouring my drink mixture into it and I can see pumpkin foam on the sides of the cup he was using. I finally speak up as he never rinsed the cup:Me: “what’s that stuff in the sink?”Him: “probably just pumpkin foam.”Me: “there’s foam on the cup you’re using to make my drink”Him: “do you want me to remake it or something?” (He’s clearly irritated at this point)Me: I mean yeah. That’s kinda gross.He then dumps the drink into the sink and completely overflows it causing the ground to be come wet and then begins making my new drink and while he’s making it, I kid you not, he says, “Bruh.”I thanked him and apologized if I came off strong and that foods touching is very bothersome to me but he cuts me off and says, “it’s fine” with the fakest smile that he could muster up.The extremely slow service, unsanitary methods, and amount of attitude from this worker nauseating. I shouldn’t get attitude when I ask for my drink that I already paid for to be made in a sanitary manner.

I just moved out of Richmond and I’m so sad to leave this particular Starbucks. must have gotten coffee here multiple times a week for over a year and I can’t recall a single mistake on an order. This location also has friendliest staff. Truly top-tier people.The best feature is that this is a unionized location! I’ve witnessed the workers fighting on behalf on their colleagues’ rights at other locations and I commend them for their efforts.

THIS EXPERIENCE WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Walked in and there were 4 young ladies working. Only one person in the drive thru. NOT ONE OF THE GIRLS GREATED US. We walked to the register and it took a least a minute for one of them to come to the register to take our order. She made the drink quickly and SLID the cup across the counter to my fiancé! I am appalled by this experience!!! DO BETTER STARBUCKS!!????????????????????????

This parking lot was horrible. You have the Starbucks line running in between 2 small buildings. I nearly saw 2 people backing in to each other and I blew my horn. Not enough space .The Starbucks side work board was down probably because there is not enough space . Stop with the foolish with the poorly laid concepts .The cashier was nice and they move the line well I go worried because u can’t see how many people are waiting and u can’t get out .

I normally don’t write reviews but THIS Starbucks really needs to step it up. The last few times I’ve ordered through the app (Ive given myself plenty of time between ordering to actually getting to the store) I’ve had to wait in the lobby while other peoples orders are being rapidly processed…that’s not the issue today. I will not return to the Starbucks solely because I found a hair in my coffee this morning which I can’t finish now. Like I said, I will not return of the Starbucks I’d rather drive out of my way, and hope that this does not happen again at another location.

I've been coming to this location more over the last few weeks and they are always friendly and fix our drinks quickly! The inside is nice with plenty of seating and the bathrooms are clean. The location isn't difficult to get to and the drive thru has never been too busy any time I've visited.Kid-friendliness: Lots of food and drink options for kids. My daughter loves to get the passion tango tea lemonade and today she tried the vanilla bean Frappuccino
