The worst Starbucks I've been to the slow employees put my order at 5.36am because at 6 I have to be at my work and it said that my order would be ready at 5.40 the door is supposed to open at 5 or that's what it says online and it was already 5.40 and it wasn't open I passed through the window and the woman said today we open late and your order is not ready they ended up giving me the order at 5.53 I was late to work because of the slowness of those employees apart the food was orible the worst I've tried I don't know why it tasted so ugly that I couldn't eat it I always go to Starbucks in Ashland and there they are super friendly and they always give me everything good but this one from parham I want me I never go back to that I hope you do something

This Starbucks store is my favorite because of the people here so nice, Rachel, Lilian, Victoria, Nicole. This Starbucks is on my way to my work. Coffee is the same in every Starbucks store but people make the difference. I get my morning coffee everyday from here on my to my work. I order 15-20 minutes in advance. Usually my coffee is ready. If not the people know me they say “hi Dave how are you” and give my coffee” This morning I was waiting and asked a person right in the front ( Kayla)making coffee about my online order. Her reply was “ we will give it to you when it’s ready”. At first I didn’t realize what she was saying because no one in this store talks to customers that way. So I said it’s being 20 minutes I will get late for my work. Kayla’s response was “you will get it when it’s ready”. Another person gave me my coffee. I told Kayla I get my morning coffee from here every day and I left. Honestly I am thinking there is a local coffee store near my work I’ll get my coffee from there instead. Cannot get late to my work for a cup of Starbucks coffee.

My family was on the road traveling, and we stopped here to clean up our toddler and get her lunch. I wish I got their names, but this afternoon (well, I guess yesterday by now, writing this after midnight) we had the sweetest staff go above and beyond to make things so much easier for us!
I hope their manager treats them well, they are definitely keepers. Only reason it gets 4 stars is because Starbucks, as always, is only so-so in quality. But this staff is totally 5/5.

This is my regular spot and I never have a problem until now, this is the second time after countless orders of the same exact drink I’m given something different. Few weeks ago I ordered my drink and wanted sweet, vanilla cold foam instead, I received caramel cold foam, which I hate, And had to drive all the way back for it to be corrected today again I ordered the same drink. I get every single day almost and I got something totally different which is NOT vanilla sweet cold FOAM. I was about to toss my drink but decided to give the guy standing at median. I just want what I ordered, so I just want the staff to pay attention to what they are giving people because you don’t know if somebody has an allergy or something of the sort I never have a problem until recently and it’s like if it’s not the usual people there the order is gonna be messed up. That’s how it seems now.
