This is my regular spot and I never have a problem until now, this is the second time after countless orders of the same exact drink I’m given something different. Few weeks ago I ordered my drink and wanted sweet, vanilla cold foam instead, I received caramel cold foam, which I hate, And had to drive all the way back for it to be corrected today again I ordered the same drink. I get every single day almost and I got something totally different which is NOT vanilla sweet cold FOAM. I was about to toss my drink but decided to give the guy standing at median. I just want what I ordered, so I just want the staff to pay attention to what they are giving people because you don’t know if somebody has an allergy or something of the sort I never have a problem until recently and it’s like if it’s not the usual people there the order is gonna be messed up. That’s how it seems now.

Good place, good employees, and delicious drinks and banana bread. The only thing I ever have trouble with is sometimes they are out of things quite often. Not the food but like supplies for my drinks I choose.

The service was nice and friendly. However they did not participate international coffee Day I have Starbucks app and I was not able to get a cup of coffee because they Bristol didn't participate in it. This was not the only Bristol that didn't participate in international coffee day. It's really something terrible because it's supposed to be a coffee house. I find that Starbucks coffee is way too sugary. My coffee is keto and I do my best to eliminate as much sugar as I can because they act like they can't make a cup of keto coffee and it's really not something they should be proud of. They need to have a keto menu available 24/7 for people who want to order coffee and that perspective of keto. Starbucks eliminate the sugar is it supposed to be about coffee not calories

Very poor customer service. Visited this location twice in two weeks and both times drive thru attendant displays poor service. No eye contact just shoves your items out the window. I have said thank you each time and she refuses to part her lips. I will drive further or visit another establishment before returning to this location.
