This is what I just purchased at the Starbuck's at VCU Larrick Student Center and I've not taken a single sip. All foam and hardly any milk for almost $6. Won't be back.

The baristas are so nice here but the management is the worst I have ever seen. These girls are standing here for hours every day with very little customers. They had chairs and service never suffered but all of a sudden they had to give them up for no reason??? I work at Reynolds so I am here often but I have never seen a reason chairs or any type of seating arrangement would interfere with their stellar service. Very sad to see these girls suffer for the ego's of old out of touch people in power.

The girl working (dyed red hair) was very rude. She acted like I was interrupting her when I went to place my order. Coffee was cold. No smiles or “ Thank You”. Companies do not need employees like this.

Looked for a well rated Starbucks during a trip through the Richmond area. Love that it’s at the VCU student center! Parking right outside. She made me a great peppermint mocha. Friendly service too.

Nice Starbucks that is almost always empty. Easy to get in and out with a coffee or beverage of choice very swiftly!
Pretty much the same as other Starbucks, certainly the same specialty coffees and food products. A few places to sit. Internet.
Typical Starbucks, conveniently next to the gym. Slow at peak hours. YMMV
I love Starbucks coffee.
Very friendly staff. They work especially fast here.
