This location is very slow getting drinks out even with 7 employees working.
Drinks were not hot, just warm.
My husband's coffee lid was not on tight and it came off, when he picked it up, burning his hand and spilling on the floor. The store made a new coffee for him but never cleaned up the coffee all over the floor.
We will not return to this location.

Terrible awful service , I tried to pay cash for my order and they couldn’t help me because employee who had keys from the register was in a restroom??? I’m standing with no help waiting while employee of Starbucks using a restroom and other customers behind me placing their orders. Another Starbuck employee not even working to prepare my drink. Never thought 💭 I should wait for employee of Starbuck to finish his business in the restroom to start working on my order.

The last 2 times I have been to this starbucks I have noticed that people ordering after me are getting their orders before me. Today (10/11) was the worst, after the person made my strawberry and creme Frappuccino the person (with green hair) left them in the mixer and went back and made other people's orders and served three other orders before me, while my order was just left in the mixer. After the store was empty of other customers I then received my order. I am a senior citizen and believe that I am being purposely ignored.

If I could leave no stars, I would!! I've been to this Starbucks many times but this day was exceptionally horrible. I placed a Mobile order before I even arrived at the mall so that my drink would be ready when I got there (it's usually a wait anyways). Date was 9/14/24 and I placed my order at about 3:30. They were a little understaffed and a little busy, but nothing unusual for a Saturday afternoon.
I waited 45 minutes for my coffee, even though I ordered ahead of time. I was not the only one who waited that long for their coffee.. many people were asking where their order was and we were all told the same thing "oh it's coming.. you just need to wait." I'm sorry, but 45 minutes is ridiculous... And the staff were not even apologetic about the wait, did not offer anything since we waited so long. There wasn't even a reason given as to why it was so long..

I order coffee and food every day from this place there is always something wrong didn’t want to complain until now it’s getting ridiculous it’s wrong order again I ordered trky pesto sdw and I got this so disappointed

Using this location daily . Like staffing, but really tired of asking for the straw and the sleeve every time I order my drink . I just don’t understand why they not available as any another locations .

Staff was nice. Coffee great. I sit at a table and this occurs:Manager (and another Manager?) and an employee were seated at the main central table and the other tables were full of customers. The Manager was LOUDLY having some type of meeting with the employee. The employee was in tears and looked extremely embarrassed the customers were witnessing this “meeting”. She got up from the table in tears, and the Managers exchanged eyebrow raised glances and the lead Manager said “See, it’s not that bad - you got through it!”….and they laughed away! I was horrified for the employee - no matter what the circumstance was for this meeting - what I witnessed was unprofessional and probably breaks some HR related policy regarding confidentiality. Manager needs a reality check.

We waited almost 30 minutes for 2 hot chocolates. That says it all.

We specifically told the cashier of a chocolate allergy. They promised that they understood and would clean the container before using it to make the drink. Following my wife's allergic reaction we returned to the store and talked with them. They said that they did clean it. I told them they had added chocolate sprinkles. I was told that was because that is how the drink is always made. I tried to explain that no chocolate means no chocolate. I was offered a $4 gift card and told to order a different drink next time. My wife is better now but was sick for 2 days.
