I have another Starbucks closer (pad near the mall) but this one is so easy to order on app to go and zip in and park. They’ve got their drive thru, diners, and mobile orders down to a science. I’ve visited many hundreds of Starbucks over the years and this is always my favorite.

I go this To this Starbucks for almost 2 years, the guy, the Caucasian male tall guy. He is always very rude because I do have some specialized orders and he always tries to give me a hard time about it. I asked for less ice and he and a little more oat milk it literally tasted like straight milk and it was just absolutely horrible. The girl with the blonde hair was also very rude. Also, they had messed up my order so I went back and they remade it and again it just tasted like straight milk. They do not shake my drink or anything I come to. I’ve come here almost every day and I usually don’t have a problem but when ever they are working, they are very rude to me and I really don’t Appreciate that. You need to treat your customers better not OK. Seven bucks just to get straight oat milk

I value convenience, which is why I keep coming to this location at Gaskins & Mayland. I love the staff, but the quality and flavor of the beverages are consistently disappointing. Today wasn’t the first time I’ve had them remake a drink—only to end up with something that’s just as bad. This will be my last visit to this location, I will travel a few more minutes to the Broad & Tuckernuck Starbucks.

Friendly and helpful staff. When trying to open the stuck top of the water I just bought caused me to drop and spill it, they were positive and cleaned it up and replaced the water.
