This was a very good quality Starbucks and I enjoyed my visit there. The service was quick and high-quality as always. The only real issue I have with this Starbucks is the location. The parking lot is absolutely nightmares to get in and out of and we sat outside on a nice day and watched so many cars struggling to get in and out.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a while, and although some staff members are still friendly and professional, the overall quality of the environment and service has dropped significantly. Unfortunately, it has become a disappointing experience.

Many times, the drinks I order through the app don’t come as requested — especially when asking for extras, which almost never show up. Some beverages are so watered down that they completely lack flavor and consistency.

What bothers me the most is seeing certain customers — who seem to be friends or acquaintances of the staff — being treated much better, with noticeably higher quality service, while regular customers are not given the same attention.

Because of all this, I often choose to drive farther from home just to avoid this location. Unless there are serious changes in how this store is managed and how customers are treated, I cannot recommend it — neither for in-person visits nor for mobile orders.

Extremely rude girl in the drive thru wishes that she didn’t have to take peoples orders, god forbid multiple per car. Funny how a liberal business, with liberal people would rather have 3 separate cars, with 1 person each car to go thru vs car pooling with multiple orders. I thought they wanted to save the environment ?‍♂️? Turns out that the facade that this place puts on is faker than Bidens “presidency”. Also y’all should remove the “tip” feature from the payment screen, yall aren’t worth af.

I was at the Reynolds Crossing Starbucks this morning during a crazy rush. It was standing room only and people were still pouring in, not to mention the busy-as-usual drive thru. Despite the crush of humanity, the staff got through all the orders efficiently and politely, still taking time to greet everyone and make us all feel welcomed. I don't know what it is about this particular Starbucks, but there is a palpable team/family vibe, even under pressure. Just wanted to give the whole staff a big shout-out for handling it like pros today!!
