Iris at the drive through is THE BOMB. What a sweet, outgoing human being! Best customer service skills ever and it was fun to “trick or treat” in the drive through!

I have been an app holder and customer of Starbucks for over 15 years. Yesterday I was treated with so much disrespect it was unacceptable. The new manager waited on me was very disrespectful or unprofessional and when she brought my sandwich to the end bar she turned her back to me and patted my sandwich as if mocking me. I then said excuse me could I get my water. She apparently was mocking me and talking to a new barista and encouraging that barista to ignore me saying something. I noticed another barista who is always friendly couldn’t look up to greet customers friendly as she’s always been polite. The new manager is causing the baristas to work in an unfriendly stressed environment. I have been going to this Starbucks for a year. I also saw another lady being treated the same way. I’m bringing this to the attention of the district manager to know and talk to the new manager about her attitude. We as customers come in sometimes just to have that quick service just to get a product we might not like but enjoy the hello welcome in. Especially a manager can at least fake it or put someone at the register who greets without an attitude. When my sandwich was set down and her back turned deliberately away with back to me patting the sandwich to humiliate me was totally unacceptable. Thank you for hearing my concern. I will not let her disrespectful demeanor stop me from my Starbucks haul though lol. Managers come and go

The absolute best ever I have a Starbucks in every direction but this is my favorite of them all! The team here is consistent and friendly! My coffee always tastes delicious, they spoil my dog with pup cups, its shelter power and internet when the power goes out, my home away from home, most of the faces I see everyday are the same ones who greeted me over 2 years ago for the first time! Thanks team, see ya in the morning!

This was a very good quality Starbucks and I enjoyed my visit there. The service was quick and high-quality as always. The only real issue I have with this Starbucks is the location. The parking lot is absolutely nightmares to get in and out of and we sat outside on a nice day and watched so many cars struggling to get in and out.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a while, and although some staff members are still friendly and professional, the overall quality of the environment and service has dropped significantly. Unfortunately, it has become a disappointing experience.

Many times, the drinks I order through the app don’t come as requested — especially when asking for extras, which almost never show up. Some beverages are so watered down that they completely lack flavor and consistency.

What bothers me the most is seeing certain customers — who seem to be friends or acquaintances of the staff — being treated much better, with noticeably higher quality service, while regular customers are not given the same attention.

Because of all this, I often choose to drive farther from home just to avoid this location. Unless there are serious changes in how this store is managed and how customers are treated, I cannot recommend it — neither for in-person visits nor for mobile orders.
