Not sure how to send a thank you message other than commenting. I barely slept last night because my little one was sick. On the way out the door, I twisted my ankle. About 15 minutes late (5:30am 😩), I picked up my online order. I just got to my office and saw a good morning message on my coffee cup. It made me smile. It's the extra personal touch that turns the day around and gives a fresh start. So, to whomever had the energy and sweetness at 5am on a Monday, thank you. 💜

I stop by this Starbucks closes place it was really hot outside I ask the young lady for a cup ice cold water she paused and said I couldn't get a cup of water unless I ordered something look on the website it's the policy I only wanted a cup of water I'm diabetic and the heat was bothering me I would have ordered something but it wasn't the right time with me feeling the way I was feeling with the heat and my diabetes

I’ve been going here five days a week for 2-3 years now. They memorize every detail of my order and have the best customer service. Good timing on order readiness, efficient lines in the morning as well. It’s the people though! Truly the best Starbucks I’ve been to and they never run out of ingredients. the girl with the really long black ponytail called me Bark on my coffee after I told her three times my name was Mark. The black girl at the window apologized on behalf of her coworker, but I feel like she should have apologized herself. It was immature and disrespectful for her to call me Bark like I'm a dog.
