Ever since the remolding was done my drinks have been great! The staff is great and friendly. They work well together especially when they are busy. I know it can be stressful making drinks when super busy but the drinks are great and it helps the staff when the customers are patient and courteous. Remember your barista is human and they're doing their best to get your drinks ready and delicious. I went through the drive thru. I did this for convenience and went to the grocery store about 3 miles away (Costco) after. I didn’t realize my drink was not good until I got to Costco. I decided to wait until my way back home to return my drink. It was a latte and tasted like plain Pikes. When I came in with my drink the cashier didn’t even greet me and just stared at the drink. I explained that it wasn’t good and asked for something else. He never acknowledged or apologized for the inconvenience. He called the manager, I explained the situation to her. She never apologized for the inconvenience but preceded to say “I will let you do it this time but next time it needs to be with in the hour.” I had my receipt and drink that I only took two sips of. She was very rude. Never again.

I ordered a cookie crumble frappe , and there was absolutely no coffee to drink in it. Just whipped cream and cookies. I also ordered a ham and cheese banquet, and that was overly microwave until too tough to eat ?

I usually come in and wait for my mobile order and if they don’t know how to say your name, they’ll just say it 2-3 different ways instead of just saying the drink or just asking you like a normal person. This coffee is too expensive to deal with passive aggressive nonsense.

I was in a drive thru lane and it takes 30 mins for to get me at the window especially they just had 2 cars ahead of me . I called them how long it will take so the guy was working there was so rude on phone and he was giving me excuses that they have short of employees. When I was there at the window and I see inside I saw 4 employees working in that location. And inside nobody was there for orders. I placed 1 coffee and 1 banana walnut loaf for my 4 years old one. I told them that I need warm as my little one has issues with cold food . And I was at the window I took my order and left store. As my little one was hungry I gave him that banana loaf and he said it’s so cold for him. I called them again and ask that guy why you gave my a cold food especially I asked a warm food. He was rude on the phone and hanged up . I called twice nobody picked a call . I went back to the store to return my food and that guys was so blunt and disrespectful to me . So not a good service and not a customer friendly atmosphere there ….

I’ve given this Starbucks a lot of opportunities to change my mind, but every time I have ordered here, my order has been wrong in some way. The service goes at a snails pace, my drinks are made wrong, I’m given the wrong food. I have seen several concerning food safety violations when inside waiting for a drink. It’s not the place to go
